South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

into these animals we grew

Tobias had, for the better part of the day, spent his time sprawled entirely atop his back- legs splayed in all direction with the warmth of the sun atop his belly having so pestered Tetradore enough to share that blissfully heated warm space the panther had found. He is aware, still, of Nadya and his children, those golden eyes opening lazily every now and then to assure himself they remain nearby. For all his inabilities the man retains a nearly instinctive desire to protect what is his own. He does not understand fatherhood in any sense of the word and yet as any animal there exists within him an inbuilt understanding that these children are his own, the boy keeping an eye upon his offspring before his eyes close once more and he stretches himself out further beside Tetradore. Nadya's sudden request for something small sees a huff of sorts part his lips before the boy rolls onto his side and at last onto his paws, Tobias in a decidedly compliant mood today. Those large heavy paws carry the lanky leopard deeper in the forested area, tail brushing against Nadya as he does, the big cat moving gently around his children before breaking into a steady lope.

His spotted form moves near-silently between the trees, his own affinity extended in search of the rabbit Nadya has requested, no creature truly capable of hiding from Tobias when he should so choose, the boys path adjusting hurriedly the closer he draws to his prey. The gold of his gaze widens within the gloom of the forest, nostrils flaring upon the discovery of the scent of the creature he perused as his form flattened against the earth, pressing into the bushes and thick foliage that so concealed his form from the grazing rabbit some paces away. That long, fluffy tail so twitches behind him in anticipation, Tobias a decidedly adapt Hunter, that line between ma and beast so decidedly thin that such things came so naturally to the man. He is, in this, so endlessly patient, gaze fixated upon the small animal as his muscles coil like a loaded spring, waiting for the animal to wander closer and closer still before the Leopard launches suddenly forward. He is forced to sprint for barely several strides before seizing onto the creature, Nadya's request to not kill the creature seeing his jaws halt in their pressure and yet those first ribbons of blood have already begun to run down his throat and so tempt his hunger. An irritable huff leaves his lips as he begins to pace back towards his packmates with the injured rabbit between his jaws, the smell of another becoming so apparent to him upon the wind.

His fur bristles readily at this discovery. The boy a decidedly protective creature at the best of times as his tail lashes, that powerful, spotted hide launched upward and into the nearest of trees as his own affinity extends once more, searching for the one whom lingered so close and yet whom was decidedly not pack. The forests of the south were open, free, outside their own territory and yet with Nadya and his kittens within the trees the volatile Leopard is perhaps even more so. He is territorial by nature alone, his mind so finding Tetradore own with the effortless ease it always did- so informing the panther that he was already moving to find this disturbance to their day. He slides easily amongst the trees, leaping from one to the next with the soundless ease his species so allowed- the air rapidly beginning to chill in a manner he knew all to well. He remains so concealed within the leaves of the trees, form sheltered by shadows as those golden eyes fixate upon the Tiger below. That the intruder is another feline seems only to rile him further, even despite the fact he knew this scent and as such so knew this female. For several moments still he simply watches the tigress wander below him, her steps taking her closer and closer to where Tetra and Nadya waited as his mind so extends to both his companions now- so allowing them to see as he did in those flashes of images. Assuring Tetradore, in the least, that this was the woman they had met before, seeking his Alpha's mind alone now.

Stop her? Or let....go?
