South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The well-mannered she-wolf was used to be bossed around by others. It was natural for her to back down or cringe when another dominant creature was near her. When truly she shouldn't be backing down in the first place. Her pedigree was pure, but with the smudge of having a feral mind it had brought everything to a standstill. With tarnished blood it was best to handle her, in such a brutal way, that her former pack was close to breaking her all together. A few more years of their harsh treatment and perhaps she would be a mindless zombie, being controlled by anyone not understanding which way was up or down. Yet with her freedom it was slowly causing the girl to have a sort of independence streak. Not being in a pack allowed her to test out these so called freedoms. Not having to be ordered by others or carry herself in such a way to show others her rank. It also gave her the ability to challenge others. She followed Tobi, naturally because he was the one that demanded most things. There was hardly anything she wanted him to do for her so she never had the need to tell him what to do or not to do. But she had slowly dug herself a hole, obeying his demand and trading her small bit of freedom for being a secondhand to the spotted feline. A canine being controlled by a feline, well you can see why she would have to tuck her tail between her legs should the other canines find out. Seeing Tobi seem to shrug off her question and bring such a derogatory answer caused the she-wolf's thick ebony and grey bristle to rise. Storming towards the lazy cat she would shove her shoulder roughly into his, blue-grey eyes narrowed as she gave him such a hotly retort.

"I am not your pack or mate...you can't boss me around! What happens if another male wants to be my boss, ...you are just...going to let me go?"

Perhaps her last question held different meanings. She knew Lucian was attempting to create a pack and although the need to be among others remained wired in her DNA, she could hardly trust him and the other mongrels he would bring. She hadn't spent much time with him. If her own blood pack could not treat her well then how could she expect a group of wolves, unrelated to her, treat her any differently? She enjoyed the independence. Where ever she went, she didn't have to duck her head or hide away or look over her shoulder. But she did enjoy being around the spotted feline. She was slowly growing more accustomed to his presence and even though they were not pack he was filling a void, here and there, allowing the girl to experience a sense of comradery with another. Even though she never did submit to him, the idea that he would simply just, let her go was disheartening. It was confusing, really for her to understand. Why she felt it was okay to be bossed around by him, but still keep her own rule over herself, she just couldn't comprehend why she felt so twisted up on this.

With his entire focus now settled upon the delicious small morsels below she would bring her own attention to the bouncing little fur balls. Why he demanded to eat creatures that carried less meat she had no idea, but the thought that she could have a quick meal right now was far too tempting. Making her quick kills and herding them in his direction her tail would sway back and forth as she happily carried her three kills, although a snort of disdain was given when she noticed he was carrying only one. Annoyed she would dump the three carcasses down, but hearing his growl she would take one step backwards as his massive paws took her prizes. Slowly she would lie herself on the ground, watching with disappointment in her eyes as she felt her stomach growl again, wishing he would have left her something. Though with a wag of her tail, she noticed he tossed the two halves of rabbit and she gratefully picked one side up, whispering her thanks before digging in. Bringing her bloody muzzle up, as her two paws held onto the rabbit chewing on its side as her voice crept into his mind gently.

Do we...have to get you more or...are you full?"
