South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It was absolutely delightful to see her aloof Alpha moving up and down within the air. Gently did she roll his feline frame up and down, keeping a firm hold on him, not wanting to accidentally screw up and drop him. It was one thing to have him trapped in this particular manner, but it was entirely different when it came to having him fall and crash into the ground. Raven couldn't help, but wag her tail as a wolfish grin appeared on her face, the lupine completely at ease within his presence. It was when she noticed darker shadows beginning to appear around him, did her grey-trimmed ears point forward in interest, as she tried to keep him away from the shadows, spinning him around so the shadows wouldn't get a hold of him. The dark shadows moved far too quickly and as it began to envelop around the panther she couldn't keep her hold on him as he simply vanished. With a defeated sigh she stood up on all fours cautiously moving over the area where Tetradore had been, when suddenly she felt something heavy put pressure on her spine. With a yelp her body fell to the ground as Tetradore sat proudly on her back, the lupine turning her neck around so she could see that smug look on his face. Innocently her blue-grey eyes looked up to her Alpha, her voice holding such a friendly and sad tone.

"If I let you win, then we would stop playing."

She remembered playing with him, but it wasn't like this. Last time when she initiated the attempt of playing with him, it wasn't as fun as this. No. This felt natural and freeing. Perhaps it was because they were outside running around, or that they had known each other for a few years now. In her first few months in the pack she was still trying to figure out her Alpha, know what he was happy with and what made him ticked. Felines were odd creatures, and she was trying to figure them out. In her pack she was used to see how other members would tease or taunt the other to play. Tobias did the same thing with her, so she assumed if she did the same thing with Tetradore it would work, but it did not. She built him a metallic tree with tricks that were meant to be obstacles. She thought she had done well, but when they 'played' she felt like she did something wrong. So, after Tobias grew bored with the tree and she never saw Tetradore use it, she quietly dismantled it, selling the parts and entering the money back into his accounts. That he had invited her tonight to play with him, alone, was truly something she appreciated very much. Even though his weight was a bit uncomfortable her tail still wagged. His form would rise up, enough for Raven to get out from under him, and once she was free she placed him gently back on the ground.

For a moment she disappeared within the tall grass only to emerge again with the armadillo, gently rolling it towards him so it would rest at his paw. Silently she took a few steps backwards to provide the two of them enough room. All good things must come to an end, she was aware of such a thing, and yet could she be blamed for wanting to continue just a little bit longer? Attention wasn't something she sought after her, but tonight for once that was what she was wanting. Just a few more minutes alone with the only Alpha she trusted completely. Her mind was not fretting over the fact that the next full moon she would be alone while everyone would be with Nadya and the cubs. She was not thinking about the new project, filling taxes that would be the bane of her existence for the next month. She was not concerned about the Dark Hunter that had her and Frost trapped and harmed or that her Father was still alive, somewhere out there. For once she wasn't thinking about anything terrible at all. Slowly she lowered herself into a play bow once more. He only had to bat it once towards her and then she'd catch it, and she would agree to their playtime being done. She just wanted one more round before this night was over with. Gently her enthusiastic voice pressed into his mind again.

"But I like playing with you and with these...things."
