South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

Tetradore had known from the very beginning that the lithe little witch was hardly any real threat to that panther within him, even as the full weight of his body collided into her, knocking her once steady position flat onto the snow beneath her. His large ebony paws pinned the woman to the ground beneath him, those emerald eyes stared down at her as his jaw parted. He was aware, naturally so, of the fashion in which she so shut her eyes and perhaps he might have followed through with causing her such harm if he had truly been perturbed by her arrogance. Still, she had done little to actually insult the man truly. The witch had hardly made an effort to challenge him for his rank, though it was hardly like she could really and so, instead, he was content to merely let his tongue slide from her jawline to her forehead - once, twice, a third time. The man was entirely aware of those complaints that left her lips and yet he ignored them altogether, content to so harass her before the man had decided it enough. That shift so overcame him in but moments, leaving the young woman pinned to the snow with an entirely naked man upon her.

He was acutely aware of that pink hue that so flushed her cheeks, a singular eyebrow raised upwards as her gaze traveled down his toned figure before her bright blue eyes seemed to quickly refocus upon his features. He knew well why her attention had so wandered, the corner of his lip twitching in vague amusement as he inquired with a peculiar glimpse of good nature weather or not she thought she could so easily best him still. He was hardly surprised with the fashion at which she so wiggled beneath him, that simple action causing his grip to tighten upon her arms whilst his waist dropped flush against her, effectively pinning her beneath him. Those emerald eyes narrowed ever so slightly and yet, he was entirely unwilling to put up with that ridiculous arrogance any longer, entirely determined to ensure the woman saw her folly in so eagerly launching herself at him. He remained wholly attentive to her body as she stilled beneath him, that soft huff upon her lips before she uttered that she was willing to give into him. "If you wish." He muttered back softly, the were King rose quite effortlessly off of her form, that cold nipping at his skin, prompting those goose bumps once again. God, how he hated that chill.

Nevertheless, Tetradore leaned down, offering the woman his hand even if he doubted she would take it. After all, she seemed well to be the type to let her arrogance get the best of her. "You should really stop to consider your odds before declaring yourself able to win, you know, next time it might not end in your favor." There was a certain firmness to his tone, that momentarily amusement entirely chased away in the wake of that reality. "It would be a shame to see you dead simply because of your ego." His emerald eyes simply landed upon the girl's petite form, taking a moment to appreciate that slender figure and ivory locks. It was, really, quite a shame, she would have certainly been beautiful if it was not for that anger and annoyance that so laced her features. A small shrug crossed Tetradore's shoulders before he turned, moving towards that pile of clothing he'd left behind within his wake. He paused, leaving down to pick up his underwear and shake the snow off of them before, with his back placed to the girl, the man sought the limited warmth of his own clothing. Jungle cats were certainly not meant for this weather.
