South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The scarred lupine was enjoy this activity alone. Up and down her agile frame would go amongst the tall grasses. Blue-grey gaze watched the flickering of fireflies quite content to chase them. Even though instincts told her to kill the insect prey, her logical side of the mind would kick in telling her it was unnecessary. Muscles coiled briefly as she sunk low, covered from the tall grasses as her fluffy banner swayed back and forth in anticipation. She was unaware that her feline spotted companion was staking her. Growling playfully she sprung high into the air her jaws snapping in the extremely silent field. Landing on her grey paws she was chuckling softly her dial turned to the side when she didn't catch the springy form of her feline friend. Confused she turned her head around to the other side, her lithe frame turning around slowly in the long grasses. The fireflies seemed to take heed in this moment of peace as they began to twinkle and fly gently, landing among the grasses. With the field now a deadly quiet, her grey tipped hackles rose as her thick fur began to bristle. She did not like this, not one bit. She knew Vampires could be fast and perhaps one of them from Syn snatched up Tobi. Panicked that he may be hurt, and that she herself could be hunted now by one of those violent bloodsuckers, she lifted her head calling out for Tobi, gently with a tone of fright in her voice.

"Tobi?....Tobi?"

Her stilled form flinched as her head swerved behind her from the sound of the twig snapping. Black lips pulled back tightly to show her razor sharp ivories as she leapt around, facing in that direction now from where she heard the sound. Standing her ground slate eyes narrowed as she waited for whatever creature was to attack her. From the corner of her eye she noticed rapid movement heading her way and as she turned her head around her eyes widen from shock. As Tobi charged at her, gnashing his terrible human teeth and swiping with his clawed fingers, the poor lupine stepped backwards from surprise. His roar, although amusing, had caused the girls heart to stumble a bit. Indeed the woman was completely startled. Hearing him snicker as he fell to his knees caused Raven to walk towards him and smack him gently with her grey paw across his arm. As his clawed fingers reached out for her fur she growled softly, snorting with disdain as he shouted to the mountain tops that he scared her. Though her head would lower allowing the boy to continue to stroke her thick soft fur. As he began to return to his feet she would walk after him quietly, catching her breath as her head tilted to the side in confusion. While the boy attempted to show off and sing a child's song, she watched him pause, his dark eyes looking to her. Unsure if he wanted her to sing along or not, she spoke the next line to him, to fill the silence.

"Well, I've never seen a king of beasts with quite so little hair."

Once more the boy would attempt to sing the rest of the following verse and the she-wolf would sigh and shake her head, though her tail would sway side to side with joy. She was rather pleased with herself tonight. The point was to at least make him happy, especially when she was suffering at Syn and seeing him play jokes and listening to his oddly snickering laugh simply made her happy...even though he frightened and shocked her- a little bit. Sitting down on the ground, her tail curled around her paws, her head would tilt to the side as she watched him take a seat next to her. Soft fur met skin and she assumed he wanted her in her vulnerable state since he didn't return to his fur form. As the girl shifted back to human, she remained sitting down his toned flesh touching the girl's pale and scarred skin. With the sleeveless hoodie bringing her some sort of warmth, along with his heated skin, as the cool winds of summer passed through them she heard his whisper. Leaning herself gently into his frame a small smile appeared on her flawed façade as she brought her hand up, making the cross over her chest, whispering softly her reply.

"I won't tell anyone, I promise...it is one of my favorites too."

Quite content sitting right beside him, unbothered with his frame leaning into hers, her head would tilt upwards looking at the night sky. Sighing softly, her slate gaze focused on the twinkling stars above. Naturally the girl would fall on her back, a subtle sign that she was content to lie in such a vulnerable position beside a male that was not pack or mate. Brining her arms behind her head to give herself a cushion. Her hoodie would lift slightly showing a multitude of bright and dark colors inked on the skin of her left side, though it would be difficult to see within the dark, unless the full moon hit it correctly. As her gaze remained locked on the bright stars, her eyes would shift towards him, as she muttered gently her inquiry, wishing to continue making him happy before he went back to that hell hole.

"What else would you like to do...before you have to go back?"
