South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Before her presence was known, she couldn't help but notice the light in the other man's eyes who was holding Henry's hand. He looked so alive, so in love. She almost hated to interrupt their happiness, but maybe this was the only way she'd get to meet the man Henry was in love with. She liked being able to put a face to the name. He was quite the handsome man. He suited Henry perfectly. She felt his curious gaze when she spoke up but she swore she saw him tense a little too, like he knew something about her. Had Henry mentioned her already? She couldn't read the man enough to know what he thought of her yet. She decided to reach out, introducing herself and he gave his name in turn. So it was Sterling. She smiled warmly. "Nice to meet you too, Sterling." She offered back.

Sterling seemed thoughtful as he looked between them but she didn't read any hostility in his body language. It was like he wanted to let them catch up. So cute. Of course she couldn't stop noticing how nervous Henry looked either. Was he sweating because it was warm outside or because of her? If so, why? She raised a brow at him in silent question, noting that he'd dropped Sterling's hand. He had looked so natural holding it. She almost wanted to reach out and put their hands back together, just to show Henry that they belonged together. He chuckled at her comment about the food being hot from the microwave but there was even something off about that sound, like it was forced or just not quite right. Her eyes twinkled in question but she didn't want to bring it up out loud in front of Sterling. In this moment, she wished she had that pack bond with Henry just so she could ask him "what's up with you?" But of course, she didn't.

She looked back to Henry when he started to speak, bringing up how they met. She smiled and nodded along, sure that Sterling would feel more comfortable if he knew how they knew each other. She shrugged. "Guilty as charged. I was stuck in my coyote form for years before I would ever admit to being anything else. My first shift was less than graceful. Henry was the one who helped me adjust to being human." She smiled gratefully at Henry. She would never forget his kindness from the beginning. He mentioned teaching her things and she couldn't help but grin, her eyes turning playful. "Yeah, Henry's a great teacher." She snickered a little before realizing that she was thinking about the sex. All at once, she wasn't sure how Sterling would feel about that. Did Henry tell him? Should he? Is that something you share with someone you love?

I mean, she didn't know if they needed to know everyone you've ever slept with. Would he care if they slept together? Even if Malia promised she wanted them to be together and she didn't love Henry that way? She chewed her bottom lip, contemplating. Henry said that she was in a different pack and she nodded again in agreement. He brought up Sterling meeting his pack and Malia smiled. "That sounds like a great idea. Just don't take it personally when you meet Tetradore. He's grouchy to everyone. Part of his whole dark brooding package." She smirked again.
