South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

Those wild dark chocolate eyes stare intently upon the butterfly as it moves within that crisp, early morning air, watching it flutter and dance upon the breeze as each human muscle rolls and coils, the young man lowering himself into the grass, preparing to pounce upon his newest target with childish delight before the insect lands suddenly upon another. The unmistakable scent of vampire readily reaches his nostrils, dark eyes widening in something almost akin to...fear as the delicate tone of her voice seems to reach towards him, hands lifted immediately in an attempt to cover his ears, as if he somehow fears her voice, struggling desperately to block it out. Her tone is calm, gentle almost and yet....Risque's so often is, his vampire mistress so often confusing his ability to read others by...lying with her tone and movements, seeking to lure him towards her only to snatch him by the arm or collar and run her fingers against him in a manner he so detests- the young man readily believing the same of Isolt. He has never seen this vampire before and yet he has come to learn that even the most innocent of those whom linger within the bar are far more willing to hurt him then help him, the boy acting entirely as instinct demands in this moment, scrambling hurriedly to his feet, hands still held over his ears as if he believes that he may be unable to hear her in this manner, thus preventing the wicked girl from attempting to control him, panic so clearly touching each feature as he races hurriedly for the nearest tree, bare feet padding against the ground.

"I am NOT....going back!"

He shouts the words frantically at her as he runs, diving for the nearest tree in a manner that surely seems entirely bizarre to the unfortunate girl, the boy unable to understand that she too has suffered much the same fate as himself, believing indeed that the young red-haired vampire has been sent to drag him right back to Syn, to force him back into Risque's room to sleep at the foot of her bed like a house cat, to suffer her ridiculous leather clothing and the ever-present collar that rubs and itches his neck, the skin around it red and irritated from his constant scratching as he moves to suddenly wrap his arms around the tree as if he has suddenly decided to hug it.

"I am...not....going back....you cannot....make me!"

Each word is a struggle, each syllable forced from his lips as he clings desperately to the tree, clearly of the belief that she is not strong enough to pry him from it, wrapping his arms entirely around the trunk as dark eyes continue to glare at her with wary disdain. Every time he and Tetra manage an escape of any kind they are simply caught over and over, he only wanted to play with his toys, only wanted to spend a mere moment within the sun and yet already they have found him again, already they have come to take him back. It had not been a true escape attempt, not really, the young man incapable of leaving his Leader behind, he would have come back, later, snuck back to his place at the foot of her bed and yet now he has been caught, now he has been found, this vampire sure to tell Risque he had been out- the promise of punishment only further assuring he clings to the tree like a child throwing a tantrum, very near daring her to attempt to drag him from it as he scowls darkly towards her.

"I do not want to....go back to...Risky and...Syn."

He cannot pronounce Risqué, the word far too difficult for him to manage, his tongue unable to perceive the manner in which the word is correctly pronounced, settling instead for 'Risky', this moniker offered now as it stumbles upon his tongue.

"Can I...stay here for......just a bit....longer? Please?"

Features soften now, seeming to struggle to appeal to her more sensitive side, attempting to manipulate her feminine emotions now as he attempts to offer something of a placating grin, lashings of ebony hair falling into his dark gaze, doing as any child does, seeking extra playtime in the park, oblivious to the fact the poor woman surely has no idea what he is talking about as he remains clinging to his tree all the same, mistrust clear in every line of his frame.
