South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

She gave him a curious look when he mentioned something about Great Danes. "Great Danes? What's that?" Her eyes widened. "Is that what your other form is? Now you've gotta tell me what it is!" She had yet to see him in his other form since he didn't want to shift with her that first night they met. She didn't know breeds or anything so she had no clue what a Great Dane would be, especially when he joked about hunting couches. She lifted a brow, truly confused. He was laughing about it so she knew it must be some sort of joke but without knowing what a Great Dane was, she had no clue what to laugh about.

When she told him that he didn't have to change, she saw him blush again and it was all she could do not to reach out and touch his cheeks. He only said that he wasn't the best and she smirked and tossed her head stubbornly. "Then we'll just have to agree to disagree." Giving him a daring look, she then turned back to the waves and paddled out, trying to catch another one. She knew somehow that he would be right there if she fell off. It was just so easy to trust him. She felt him patting her back as she coughed up water after falling off the board, but she couldn't help but tease him when he told her to focus.

He chuckled before saying she could share after riding the wave and she tilted her head thoughtfully, having just thought about something. "So how do you know when you're done riding the wave? Does it just put you in the sand and you step off gracefully or do you have to throw yourself off the board?" She had a feeling it couldn't be as easy as the first one. When she asked about going again, he nodded and she grinned, already excited to conquer this new challenge. She jumped back on the board, finding it a little easier every time though she still wobbled on the board and felt off balance. She waited till he told her and then set to paddling again. Needless to say, she fell off a handful more times before finally standing again and riding the wave.

She tried really hard not to look for Ashton as the wave stretched out before her but she was too afraid to move, not wanting to fall this time. The wave finally died off and she started wobbling again, having no momentum to keep her up. She was about to turn to ask Ashton what to do next when she finally lost her balance and fell off, albeit a little more gracefully this time since she knew it was coming. When she came back up, she was quick to find Ashton with a grin. "So...how was that?"
