South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Azrael

Only Fools Walk Where Angels Fear To Tread

Azrael's gaze shifted downward to eye his own sodden clothing. Raven was, admittedly, rather correct about his attire and yet the Hunter was assured he could dry it well enough and in time for that event this evening. Indeed, it was Raven's clothing he was far more concerned about. The young woman so rarely ever seemed to be dressed in anything other than jeans and a hoody. Such clothes were hardly...flattering, let alone...nice. Women, he was certain, were far better dressed in his own day and age. Then again Serafina took nothing but pride in her own appearance. So much so it took her fucking hours to get ready. Maybe there was a happy medium somewhere. Azrael brushed the thought aside for now. The hunter instead attempted to offer Raven some explanation of where they were going tonight. If the Council was holding a meeting regarding Were creatures then wouldn't it be more...prudent to invite an actual Were to be there? Raven had worked with them long enough that her presence was hardly alarming to the majority of them. She was deemed trustworthy enough. In the very least she was hardly the threat Tetradore or Frost were likely to be. Tobias out of the question entirely. Raven gestured for him to follow then after he finished her change, Azrael stepping up and into the house behind her.

Tobias, it seemed, had made himself comfortable on the couch. The young Were turned to face him, the boy offering a nearly bizarre grin before returning to his game. Odd man that one. Azrael waited in the living room for Raven to change, the woman re-emerging from her bedroom a few moments later dressed in jeans and a dark blue blouse. That would do. Raven spent several moments with her husband then, assuring him she would hardly be long before leading the way to the car. The Hunter passed a blanket and several towels. Azrael eyed those blankets curiously before she suggested he sit on them in the car to protect those leather seats. That was...thoughtful....he supposed. Though whether to himself or the car he was hardly sure.

"Thanks, thats, er, nice of you. I can get myself dry though. I won't damage the car seats, I promise."

A veritable burst of speed saw the Hunter disappear. A momentary beam of glowing light gave away his position before a rush of air saw the hunter return to Raven's side, that clothing veritable blow dried. That light provided a source of heat. His clothes were very near entirely dry once more. Azrael took those offered towels and blanket all the same before leaving them to rest on the passenger seat beside him. The blond man settled in the passenger's seat, his own seat belt buckled before Raven started the car. The young woman steered the car out of the thickness of the woods and onto the small track that led back into town. The pair content to sit in veritable silence, albeit a comfortable one, before Raven adjusted the car temperature. Her curiosity about where they were going seeming to get the better of her as she seemed to....contemplate his choice in asking her along at all. He knew, to some extent, of her past and yet why it mattered now he hardly knew. Azrael's head simply shook. Why did her opinion matter now?

"Because some shitty pack from your past isn't asking for your opinion. I am. The Council discusses Weres because it's our job to do that. You see a lot of the Weres of the city in that Ark you called home. You know them. I don't necessarily agree with all the decisions the Council makes. I think having the opinion of an actual Were will be beneficial to making them see my...side a bit more. Im asking you because Tetradore is a dick, Frost is a jackass, Tobias might fucking bite someone and your actually both sensible and trustworthy."

Compliments had never truly been Azrael's style. The man...attempting to offer them all the same as he lent further back in that plush leather seat before gesturing towards that turnoff he intended to have Raven take.

"I told them I intended to bring you tonight. It will mostly be boring, just sitting around a table at Headquarters but....maybe you can make a difference to its outcome. Just don't upset them."
