South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

I wonder what it's like to be loved by you

A soft, audible yawn reverberated upon the Were-King's lips as he squinted at the bright sunlight that filled the expanse of his bedroom. It brought a certain hint of comfortable warmth with it - it was a tranquility that his inner feline was so terribly inclined to bask within. It would have been easy to simply roll back over and bury his head in the pillow beneath him. In fact, Tetradore was almost inclined to do just that as he rolled over, his arm gently coming to rest upon his girlfriend's slender waist. He could feel her shifting under the weight of him, snuggling into the blanket that only half covered them. Easily, he hooked his hand around her, only to drag her across the expanse of the King size bed and into the warmth of his bare chest. She snuggled against him as he buried his head in her long brunette locks in some poor effort to hide from the brightness of the sun that surrounded them. His voice was a quiet mutterance at best as he uttered her name, only for his lips to press gingerly against the back of her neck in a half-awake glimpse of affection. Those very syllables seemed to coax an equally as tired groan of protest from the woman. Mira, it seemed, was as inclined as he so usually was to remain in bed for as long as possible. Truthfully, the Alpha had little reasoning against doing just that, if she desired. Though he was inquisitive of how she might find his surprises, there was always time for more sleep.

It was the very thought of those schemes he had so carefully crafted behind her back, however, that dwelled upon his mind, prompting him to inform her of the 'surprises' still left in store for her. How well he knew she would be unable to deny her insatiable curiosity! The very word caused the woman to still considerably in his arms as she seemed to contemplate the words he uttered even through that sleep filled haze. A small grin tugged at the corners of his lips - ah, how he knew he had her attention now! How much more alert she sounded as she declared she was awake, though Tetradore himself had yet to move from his position. "Are you?" He mumbled almost teasingly. Mira shifted within his arms as she insisted that he was rubbing off on her. A soft, disinterested grunt left his lips, the Alpha of the belief that there was no need to rise early when so much of the Ark's activity, and his own life, went on after dark. Albeit it perhaps to his disdain...in some instances. Nevertheless, her lips pressed gingerly against his own, causing his eyelashes to flutter open to reveal those bright emerald irises. He squinted in the bright light, as he eyed his girlfriend before, slowly, yawning again and dramatically rolling so his back was flush against the bed. "There are surprises....but it requires us to get up."

An audible breath left his lips as Tetradore forced himself to sit upward, one hand reaching to run through his hair as he glanced around the vast space that had become his bedroom. It was going to take some getting used to. The room was nearly double the size of his last place and distinctly more...minimalistic. In fact, it hardly seemed like the sort of place the Were-King would occupy at all, really. "We can probably get the chef to make us something for breakfast..." He uttered thoughtfully as he pushed the blankets off, only to rise and stand beside the comfortable mattress. He reached up, stretching out his figure before moving towards the foot of the bed where their bags had been tossed the night before, when either had been too tired to put the clothes within away properly. He riffled through the results of their shopping spree before pulling out a shirt and pair of pants. "I'll get the chef to start on breakfast, when I get back, if you're dressed...we'll see about those surprises." It was, he was certain, a decent way to pass the time while food was being prepared....and God was he hungry.
