South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

As a creature with a predatory mind she was easily trapped with the idea that she could not be harmed by another. It is true that another supernatural being could harm her, but the need and will to survive enforced the girl to truly believe she couldn't due. Survival instincts was such a powerful force that it was like a tasty drug of power, a falsehood that nothing bad could ever happen to the individual. True she had been harmed by her own peers before, but they were dead and she wasn't. So clearly something in her primal side was speaking the truth. Alexis was a fox and from her take on it she was much weaker than herself. True, the cat pack she was willing to join could easily take her down didn't necessary scare her a whole lot. Her size could increase to that of a bear and with ability to protect herself or use her telekinesis to hurt them she had no need to fear about anyone above her along the predator chain- just keep a watchful eye on other supernatural creatures. This type of courage, believing she was on top, could be such a slippery slope...if she wasn't careful.

Managing to find the reddish vixen she gave her order to the girl to attack. There was no reason for Alexis to hold back. As Weres they were capable of healing. Now that Raven was getting plenty to eat her body wasn't so malnourished and so her ability to heal would be quicker and easier. Grey-trimmed ears laced back tightly against her skull as her black lips pulled back revealing her sharp teeth. While the fox began to run from her hiding spot she tore after. When the young fox moved around and charged towards her the lupine would stand still holding her ground. As Alexis leapt to her back her head would follow snapping her jaws attempting to grab her tail, but when she missed she would turn her head the other way jumping to the side, pivoting her form to charge at her. This allowed the fox to miss her ribcage entirely. Even though Alexis managed to snap at her back legs the she-wolf would leap to the side trying to pounce on the quick-moving fox. It was when Alexis made her final dive, her jaws outstretched to clamp on her neck that caused Raven to lift onto her hind legs. Massive grey paws easily slammed into Alexis' side forcing the girl to fall to the ground.

Hackles rose as she slowly approached the girl. Ebony skull lowered as her jaws snapped. Blue-grey eyes narrowed and locked onto the blue-golden eyes that surely held a terrified look. Her form would slowly stalk towards the fallen girl as a ruthless low growl rumbled in her chest. This was the moment of the truth. Alexis was a weaker predator, but that didn't mean she could lose. Raven was only trying to help Alexis dig deep and actually fight someone off. There may be a time when no one could provide aide to the fox. Raven wasn't always going to be there for her. Just like Tobias wouldn't always be around when she was in danger and yet she knew how to handle herself. Now...Alexis needed to learn and sometimes the hard way was the best way.

I'd Rather Feel Pain Then Nothing At All
