South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

South

Her fingers tightening in the scruff oh his fur sees the boy shift slightly in discomfort, unsure as to why Nadya feels the need to do such a thing, a rumbling growl of discomfort forced from within his throat as he continues to press against her all the same- his understanding of pack and pain, perhaps, outweighing his desire to claw at her for such displeasing behaviour, her fingers grasping at his pelt the way a mother scruffs a disobedient cub. Her sudden pause beside the tree sees his own spotted frame halted, fractured mind desperately attempting to perceive what is occurring before him now as she claims she can simply go no further, head reaching forward to press against her in an attempt to move her all the same. Injury...sickness....is a weakness, one all predators feed upon and in such moments her evident weakness is displeasing to him. They are far from Ark and pack, those instincts within himself assuring him that Nadya, for whatever reason, cannot fight in this moment. She is weak- vulnerable and he dislikes this immensely, his own desire to protect only more assured as those large paws carry him back and away from her, no more then a stride or so as his mind attempts again to understand what is wrong or why she has seen fit to remove half her clothing, tossing her jeans to the side as the scent of blood sees his gaze fixate upon her fully once more.

The birth of children, for so many Fathers is perhaps rated amongst the greatest moments of their lives, a memory cherished as lovingly as the child itself and yet- for one whom cannot understand, cannot perceive the very nature of the birth he sees only the pain of his pack mate and sister, can only scent the blood and fear that rolls from Nadya in sickening waves that afflict every part of himself in a manner the both attracts and repeals him all at once. The bond of pack demands he remain beside her and yet instincts drives him away all at once, some more primal part of himself perhaps- holding a deeper understanding of what his human mentality has readily begun to perceive as Nadya's death. A yowl of panic readily parts the boys jaws now, the lanky leopard pacing before the girl in some manner of indecision, that potent scent of blood rapidly seeing his panic only begin to increase, fur rapidly beginning to recede to be replaced now by his human form- still dressed in his clothing from the day as wide dark eyes rest upon his companion now, fingers knotting together in nervousness- a trait he has learned from Birdie in moments if indecision.

"Kittens...coming from...where?"

It is perhaps clear now, just how entirely far above the concept of his children remains to the man, dark eyes searching rapidly around the clearing as if he truly expects to see two kittens emerge from the undergrowth, having failed to connect Nadya's condition with their imminent arrival as one hand runs back through the tangled mess of his hair- concern etched across his features, fearing Tetradore's wrath entirely should something happen to the girl he had been ordered to protect.

"Naddy...is sick?"

His words are barely audible above her cries, the shrill sound sending him back from her once more before the woman demands his shirt, features pulling into a frown now. The shirt he wears is by far one of his favourites, an Assassins Creed shirt no less, one the young man takes particular delight in- head shaking softly, refusing to offer up the shirt she demands before another wail seems to shake his resolve, fingers clutching at the hem to pull it up and over his head before handing it towards her and stepping back once more- the sheer amount of blood and distress upon the woman seeing the boy move suddenly towards her discarded jeans, upending them suddenly until he finds the object he I searching for- her mobile phone. He hardly knows how to use the device, staring blankly towards it for some moment before beginning to merely press every button he can. He has seen a phone used before- seen her bring Tetra with such a device and as such he seeks to do so now- a voice suddenly erupting from the phone seeing the boy stare once more. This is 911 what is your emergency?

"What?"
You've called 911, sir, what is your emergency?
"Naddy...stole my shirt!"
Sir, I don't understand, is this an emergency? Has a crime been committed?
"Naddy...took my shirt....but maybe she...is dying....she is...bleeding."
Is Naddy your friend? Where are you? Where is she bleeding?
"In the....forest. Naddy is my....pack...where is....Tetra? Naddy....is dying....."

A sudden yelp sees the phone hurriedly tossed from his hands, dark eyes drawn entirely towards the small infant that had seemingly appeared and lay wailing in Nadya's arms, the woman's cries of pain seeming to have subsided- if only for a moment as he simply stares. The blood and sounds are...overwhelming to him, the baby beyond him to understand as it screams and only seems to undo him entirely as one hand moves to wipe at his eyes, unable to understand this....liquid he finds there, a single drop or too merely running down his cheeks to fall so unnoticed upon the earth. He believes she is dying, believes he can do nothing to help her, believes his Alpha will never speak to him again as he merely looks on. He does not know how to help, does not know what to do, cannot leave her- after all, he had been commanded to watch over her as he simply continues to stare- this helplessness...frightening to him, fingers clutching at the watch about his neck as if he believes perhaps...Birdie may somehow be brought to him as Nadya only seems to start to cry out all over again and he shifts towards her, closer and closer still until he kneels beside her- refusing to look at the child at all, it's screams frighten him- the boy to panicked, truly, to allow his instincts to fully recognize his own child in this moment, one hand merely moving to hold Nadya's arm.

"Please....do not die..."
