South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Samantha Cassidy

In retrospect, Samantha supposed that expecting the feline in front of her to speak was probably not her smartest idea. After all, despite her lack of interactions with this particular species - or really any supernatural species - when had a panther used English. Still, it wasn't as if the feline entirely ignored her request. Sam couldn't help but smile as the large cat as he meowed at her. "Oh, that was rather silly of a request, wasn't it?" She said as she knelt down, making herself eye level with him. Her blue gaze steadied on him, carefully feeling out his emotions to test if she should run or not. He was content enough - for now - and she hardly found herself feeling the need to bolt. "You see, I'm not positive as to what you are. It's not like I've met one before, exactly." She rocked on her heels, hardly looking at the feline in front of her and instead focusing on the night sky. "It's not a full moon though. Though, I suppose in your case it doesn't matter. Unless you are just a cat, in which case, I suppose my babbling is a little insane, now isn't it?"

She sat back, sitting with her legs crossed in front of her. She leaned forward, resting her elbows on her knees. She laced her fingers under her chin, allowing herself to get much more comfortable than she supposed she should given the cat in front of her. Though, it wasn't like she wouldn't be able to escape if she needed to. "I suppose you're not able to just shift back in front of me. Or perhaps you don't want to." She shrugged her shoulders, as though the situation mattered very little. "I'm Sam, by the way. I know, I know, not a faerie name in the slightest. But, it's not like my parents exactly had this in mind for me, now did they?" She leaned forward once again, one hand coming out to reach to the feline. She hardly thought about the possibility of losing a hand as she allowed him the choice of whether or not to allow her to touch him. "It's a shame that I don't know your name, of course. Though, it's not like you were angry with me for calling you Kitty, so I suppose that will do for now, won't it?"
