South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

And here Anna thought the biggest obstacle of the night would simply be holding down the new victim. But no...others had to show up to the show. Anna's gaze tore away with difficulty from the red substance welling up on the hunter's leg as Sebastian's baritone vocals met her ears. In weeks past she had sought the male vampire out, delighted in his obliging in her games, though had grown angry at his lack of enthusiasm and interest in other things that she had ceased. That and her consuming need to feed had caused her to drift away from where he lived downtown. So, it was an odd thing indeed seeing Sebastian now, so far from the city and leaning so nonchalantly against the trunk of a nearby tree. Anna's upper lip twitched slightly, "Nobody asked you." Her gaze sharpened to glare at him.

Then here came sneaking yet another variable to the equation. Well the woods were just teeming with hitches to her plan tonight weren't they? However, the newest soft face was not altogether a displeasing addition, if only because she offered another food source. The glare that had briefly rested on Sebastian now switched to the newcomer. "And nobody certainly asked you either. You just be quiet and stay over there and maybe I'll let forget this whole night ever happened, ok?" Anna's first choice for the night would have been the Hunter simply because it was like a wounded animal right now, much easier to chase and kill than a fresh one like the new girl. The smell of the blood dampened slightly when the Hunter wrapped the wound but did very little to deter the predators instinct within the vampire child.

As the Hunter rose with the aid of the tree Anna took a quick small step forward, countering the Hunter's movement with her own instinct to always keep one foot in the way of escape path. It brought her a breaths closer to the new girl which didn't even cause Anna to look back at her. If the woman was going to hurt her then Anna was sure she would have done it already. "Yes, that leg doesn't look too good. Perhaps you should just sit back down. I don't think you'll get very far on it." Chasing an already injured prey was hardly any fun when she was this hungry; the just wasn't as much amusement in watching the fear or pain. Anna's gaze flickered between the Hunter and Sebastian. "I will let you have half if you hold her. She's lame already...think of it as helping put her out of her misery." Oh Anna was very much aware of Sebastian's aversion to killing, but it didn't mean that her cunning mind wouldn't try to find a loop hole around it.
