South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

If there was any one reoccurring theme that the were panther was acutely aware of, it was the simple fact that he didn't belong here. He had never been one to play nice with others of his species, often preferring solitude to this notion of 'making friends'. Friends were a weakness within his world. That said, his family had become a recently addition to his life and some part of him found himself inwardly prickling at the realization that while he daily returned to his own personal form of hell to keep them safe, they had been out creating their own lives without him. A soft frown marred his feline features as he rested his head against the branch, his emerald gaze flickering closed with disinterest. Despite Tetradore's decision not to be apart of the gathering, he was still at least somewhat attentive to the gathering that took on beneath him, catching the sent of the ivory spotted leopard amongst the foreign ones that assaulted him. Even though their last encounter had certainly ended poorly, Tetradore saw no reason to further harass the young woman, instead choosing to leave her alone as long as she bothered neither himself nor his sibling.

His ear twitched at the sound of Tobias' claws digging into the bark beside him. "I don't have a choice." He returned, a small grumble lacing his thoughts. He couldn't tell Tobias what he was trying to keep them from. He knew that they wouldn't understand, even if he attempted to explain it. Thankfully, the panther hardly had to go through the effort of trying to explain his kept status with Risque. He didn't have to explain the danger that he constantly put Tobias and Nadya in every time he crept away to see them. A yawn crossed his lips, his ivory teeth gleaming sharply in the low light. Slowly the man dragged himself from his position, for once grateful for Tobias' short attention span. Some things hadn't changed since their youth and this was certainly was one of them. His intense emerald eyes shifted towards the small feline that'd captured Tobias eyes. He could tell by the markings alone that this was no ordinary tame house pet. The question was, however, weather or not he particularly cared at this point.

Any fun he might have gleamed from the game, however, was almost as soon as it started. From his position in the tree his gaze was quickly captured by a small fox darting away from his sister, her growl resonating in the silence that had surrounded him. "It looks like your new friend has something to say about that." He commented softly, still reclining within his tree. A part of him was curious, inquisitive to see what Tobias would do when told no by someone he'd clearly befriended. He was choosing not to get involved in the scenario unfolding beneath him just as much as he chose not to involve himself in the meeting at all. He had little interest in cultivating the same relationships his family seemed to be developing with the rest of their kind. After all, it wouldn't matter in the end anyways, he'd still end up alone all the same. With that, and a soft huff of exasperation, his head fell back against his large ebony paws, eying the group with a largely blasé look.
