South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The large feline had strategically placed his bulky ebony form between the canine and the enraged bear, making it clear by even animalistic mannerisms that if the beast wanted the coyote she would first have to battle him. Nevertheless, Tetradore pressed his large shoulder against the smaller form of the petite female, attempting to wordlessly voice his intentions. It was time for them to leave the scene. Engaging in a skirmish with the grizzly was not particularly beneficial for either of the pair - not when fleeing was a far faster and less messy option. Thankfully, the female seemed to get the hint, the weight of her presence suddenly vanishing with the sound of a flurry of paws on the dirt beneath them. Tetradore hardly hesitated as he pivoted away from the roaring beast, instead launching himself forward to take off after the fleeting tawny form of the coyote. Not once did he look back to see if the grizzly was following them, instead his intensely vibrant emerald gaze remained upon the tail of the female as he dashed after her in an all out sprint. Tetradore ignored the whipping of the trunks beside them, instead seeming perhaps as comfortable as she was within this naturalistic obstacle course.

He slid to a stop beside the heaving woman, taking the moment of silence to not only catch his own breath but also allow his gaze to linger upon her figure. He could tell she was in pain. She clearly took some damage from the bear's attack and momentarily he was distracted in judging just how much harm she had suffered - not that it mattered much in the first place. After all, the coyote was a particularly fiery vixen, hardly willing to accept his presence in the slightest, much less any help he might have been willing to provide. And so, instead, he didn't. His chest rose and fell as the feline caught his own breath, his emerald gaze momentarily sliding backwards to ensure himself that they were indeed out of the bear's reach. Slowly, he settled onto his haunches, his tail wrapping around him in a certain sort of statue like stillness. In hardly any time at all, he found himself watching the coyote once again - simply watching her with that same vague inquisitiveness he had held towards her since she had stepped within the Ark.

It was the rare sound of her lyrics that caused his head to tilt ever so slightly, drinking in every stuttering syllable as she tried to find the words that had for so long been lost to her. It took him a few moments to respond, choosing his words with care, taking into account that she seemed entirely ill at ease the last time he had offered her any verbose sort of statement. It reminded him of speaking to Tobias and for once his experience with the animalistic deviant seemed to be providing the male a sort of advantage. "I find you interesting." He stated simply, hardly bothering to expand upon why lest he overwhelm her. Maybe, her own curiosity would be enough to make her linger a little longer this time.
