South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

they argued my right to ascension

It is a momentary thing, fleeting even, yet the other man's question sees the Hunters expression shift, if only slightly, a clear vein of discomfort evident for that single moment in time in which the fairy poses a direct question towards him. He loathes direct questions, even those seemingly so innocently offered as the one the man speaks now, asking if he had been the one to throw something at his head. Azrael merely feels himself stiffen, eyes narrowing slightly, though it is hardly the accusation that bothers him. It is simply the question. Any question- directly asked, on any topic, was a constant source of irritation for the Hunter as he is very near forced to bite his own tongue in a failed effort to stop himself answering.

"Yes- because I felt like it."

The answer is very near muttered and yet clear enough all the same. The fairy, surely, far too taken with attempting to get away and avoid 'trouble' to notice that the Hunter had actually stopped to answer the question at all. Most people never noticed and truly, for now at least, Azrael makes no effort to dwell upon it, content to tease his prey a little. It has been a long and boring day after all, maybe he had already met his quota for kills this week, but a little extra pay on the side never hurt. This man would undoubtedly be worth very little by way of payment and yet the hunt itself held far more promise than a few extra coins. The fairy however, had not seemed to grasp his predicament entirely, either failing to recognise the Hunter for what he was, else seemingly assured that his gesture of desiring no trouble would be enough to placate the often irritable blonde man. Nervousness however, reeked from him. Azrael's continued appearance and disappearance seeming to offset him all the more and only please the hunter even further. He really shouldn't play with his food so very much and yet there is little within him that feels kind today. He disappears once more, returning to the forest, watching the other man stumble about from the shadows of the trees- displeased he had not managed to make him run in terror. His little scream at the start would have to be enough. A ball? For a moment longer the golden eyes of the Hunter follow his victim's motion, watching as the fae man bends down to pick up a ball from the ground. His sister? Now, now, someone was being awfully fanciful.

It is the Fae's determined attempt to walk away (at speed) that sees Azrael move once more, appearing now deliberately before the other man once more, standing directly in his path, arms folding easily across his chest as one eye simply lifts. A simper hardly pleasant resting upon his lips, though his tone remains decidedly calm.

"Your sister? I find that a little unlikely, statistically anyway. You are a Fae. Recessive gene- highly unlikely to be passed on through normal means of reproduction. The chance of you having a sister is decidedly slim. Are you lying to me?"

He has spent a lifetime learning about other creatures, most of it focused upon their destruction rather than reproduction and yet one could hardly live so long without picking up a few extra tendrils of information. The gene that passed from parent to child decidedly unlikely in Fae, unlike Were or even Hunter. This man surely had no sister, at least not full blooded and yet it hardly mattered all the same. He simply enjoys making him nervous, playing with him before he kills him.

"Hold still a moment."

One hand lifts effortlessly, waving almost offhandedly towards the other man, the Hunters powers extended, attempting to ensnare the Fae's feet alone, weigh them down and lock them into place. The forces of gravity after all, are entirely at Azrael's command, the blonde haired Hunter powerful- even among his own kind. He moves almost lazily, evidently holding no fear (or even respect) for the Fairy, moving to fish his phone from his pocket as the muscle within his arms flexes lightly at the movement. Fingers sweep briefly across the screen, seemingly ignoring his victim for now though he remains aware of him all the same- suddenly holding the phone upward. The audible click of the camera shutter is the only indication of the photo he has taken, leaning back against a tree once more. One hand held suddenly upward in a clear gesture for silence- least the fairy have made any attempt to actually say anything.

"Hmmm. You're not in the database, at least, we have no photo match for you. Interesting. Either you've never been caught before which I find hard to believe given you walked into the woods searching for a fucking ball like an imbecile. Or you're new in town. You're not worth much money, no bounties on you, it's almost a waste of time killing you really."

At least Kohl's phone technology...whatever it was, seemed to be working. He'd have to bring it up with him later- or have Kat do it. He never could stand to deal with Kohl. A sigh of sorts parts his lips, as if the ordeal is entirely draining for him before, rolling back onto his feet once more. A click of his fingers releasing the other man's feet now.

"I'll make you a deal. I'll give you a one minute head start, then I'm going to hunt you down and kill you. If you can make it through the forest and to the park gates without getting killed I'll let you live- for today at least. Ready?"

He moves effortless to pull the bow from his back, an arrow fitted within it with practised ease as he counts.

"One....two.....three....move you damn fool I'm not fucking kidding!"

He unleashes the first of his arrows suddenly, aimed perfectly at the other mans right side, designed to gash it open as it flys past and draw a little blood, leave a little scar. A warning shot.

"Consider it a memento- next time I won't miss. Thirty seconds left Tinkerbell- better start running."
