South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The fifteen minutes of bliss that Henry had endured when he was alone in the bathroom were not forgotten. How could he forget the way his body yearned for Sterling touch? Sure he'd been with plenty of men and women before (at least he assumed). Even in the last few weeks since waking up, he'd explored his bodily desires with a few people already. But no one could hold his desire and interest as much as the dark haired boy. Sterling had a hold on him that he couldn't explain. It was almost like he knew Sterling from before. Maybe he did...maybe he didn't. All he knew was that he wanted Sterling...no, he needed Sterling.

The thoughts were arousing and confusing and Henry wasn't sure what to make of everything. So instead of jumping Sterling's bones here and now, he chose to hold himself back. He didn't want to scare away the only person who had shown him such kindness in this place. He couldn't lose Sterling's friendship. If keeping Sterling as a friend meant that he would forever be alone, he would take that deal in a heart beat.

As he watched Sterling cook, he couldn't help but admire the way Sterling used the kitchen utensils to make something so mouth-watering. It was an art form that Henry certainly didn't have. He couldn't even boil water, let alone cook something that smelt as delicious as whatever Sterling was cooking. And then Sterling spoke, telling him exactly what he was cooking. While it all sounded foreign to him, it smelled heavenly.

Henry didn't miss the little ramble about mushrooms and deep frying. Clearly Sterling was trying to think of something else other than what had just happened. While Henry was happy he wasn't bringing up the subject either, he also wasn't about to make Sterling get upset with him. After all, fried mushrooms did sound pretty good. Then again, everything sounded good now that he had worked up an appetite. "It smells good." Henry watched how he moved through the kitchen with such ease and grace. And then his eyes fell on the burn on Sterling's wrist.

Without a single thought, Henry went back into the bathroom and retrieved a burn cream from the first aid kit. He grabbed some gauze as well as some bandage scissors before walking back into the kitchen. He took Sterling's wrist in his hand and slowly spread some of the cream on the burn. "I don't want that to leave a mark." And after the cream was applied, he gently began to wrap the gauze over the burn and tied it loosely. Cutting off the excess, he laid the supplies down on the counter before grabbing them both a beer from the fridge.
