South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It was absolutely terrifying to not know who you were - to look back on your life with nothing but a blank slate till a definite point in time you could remember with entire clarity. It was a world that Sterling knew far too well. His companion, however, had a shred of hope. He had a single thread to grasp onto, something that might unwind the past that was lost to him and though part of the man was jealous, he wished nothing but the best for his friend. He hoped this moment might provide the answers for Henry that he was looking for. Although venturing into the unknown was scary, Sterling was entirely sure it was better. Whatever relationships Henry had left behind could be fostered, whatever was broken could be fixed and a part of him wanted to be there to see Henry find that. The man deserved so much and Sterling wanted to see Henry happy. That desire surely had to do with his own budding feelings for the boy, of that he was relatively certain and yet, the truth of the matter was that Henry was perhaps the singular soul in which Sterling had become closed to since finding himself lost amongst this life he was so cruelly thrust within. He was hesitant to lose that.

Nevertheless, Sterling fell to silence as Henry stepped away from him. His pale blue gaze watched his companion with a certain sort of concerned inquisitiveness as the man contemplated the offer that Sterling had presented him with. After all, he wanted to be there for his friend as much as Henry would allow him to be. He'd hardly considered any sort of rent or compensation for what he had provided the man with up until this point. No, he simply enjoyed Henry's presence, even if he hadn't admitted such to his roommate. Still, Sterling could hardly help the small grin that danced upon his features at the suggestion that Henry might be the one to make them dinner. After all, food was very much the young warlock's realm, much of his life revolving around it and so, he had made a point to take up the duty of the house chef. It was a role he enjoyed though. His head bobbed ever so slightly, "Okay." He agreed readily enough to the prospect. "I'll see you." Sterling responded, watching the way in which Henry slipped from the closet. His gaze followed the boy as he made a beeline for the kitchen's side door and slowly, Sterling returned to his own station, his thoughts still entirely lingering upon that singular moment within the broom closet of his workplace.
