West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

In their world it would be reasonable for Tobias to exhort his dominance over the ride attendant. However, this was not the time or place to do such a thing. In the human world there were different ways to threaten others, ways that were legal and far more reasonable, than just being a brute and knocking someone out. She knows Tobias would easily when this skirmish, but she knew the consequences against them would be severe. Shew as not a creature that wanted to 'rock the boat' and she knew she needed to calm the deviant down. The boy so easy to snap into a fight, but she knew he was capable of just as swiftly turning back into a calm demeanor. Raven tried easing the boy to change his mind, giving him the power to do so, not simply just telling him to do it. Her voice was soft, calm, her touch gentle, eyes remained focused on him alone, using this technique as a way to soothe the Beast. The past few years she had learned how to handle him and saw what worked and what didn't. Each time Nadya and Tobias disagreed on something it turned into a fight, but the werewolf knew this was not the proper way to handle him. He was smart, not stupid, and he needed to be given a chance to figure things out rather than just simply being yelled at or attacked. She waits patiently watching has his dark raging eyes shifted from her and back to the attendant, and a smile begins to appear when he lowers the attendant and lets him loose. Her voice is light, full of approval, as she lets go of his hand praising her companion for doing the right thing.

"That is good, very good Tobi, I'm proud of you."

While Tobias stepped away from the terrified attendant she watched him for a moment before her eyes darkly shifted towards the male that caused this entire event. Perhaps it was the shame and embarrassment in public that caused the attendant to attempt to step towards the duo, now with Tobias back to him, assuming perhaps Raven wouldn't do anything against him. The golden-brown haired girl was not so very innocent and sweet. The deck was a bit wet and Raven watched as the attendant stormed up to them, and the moment he stepped in one of the water puddles, she would force his body to fall over into the pool causing people to shout and laugh, some clapped, and then they would turn to their activities. With a sly smirk she followed her companion downstairs noticing his hand grasping her own, she clung to his own, allowing her thumb to rub against the top of his hand in a circle, knowing that this touch would continue to soothe the agitated male. With a shrug of her shoulder she looked around noticing some of the signs and reading them as she began to lead the boy towards the inner part of the deck, and through some doors on the inside.

Somewhere inside I think."

Moving through the throng of people she kept close to the boy, her skinned arm brushing against his own. Crowds weren't necessarily her favorite thing, but she assumed if she was this close to him he wouldn't let go and get lost. The last thing she needed was for him to be out of her sight. The duo would make it to what was the cafeteria room where people were eating, leaving dirty tables behind with diner service ready to clean it, and other people entering the room to eat. Blue-grey eyes scanned the area and noticed across the room where a variety of dishes of food, with people going up to grab their food and take it back to their table. With a small smile, and her hand still clasped with his own, she led them towards the buffet grabbing a plate, and letting go of his hand she'd give him a rather large plate.

"This is a buffet. You can fill up your plate full of food, then go sit and eat, and you can come back for seconds, or even thirds. However, you must share with all these people. I'll show you."

Patiently she waited until one woman was done applying food to her plate and Raven would step up. Grabbing some of the tongs she would place some grilled chicken on her plate, and stepped to the side, and used another set of tongs to grab smoked brisket, and leaned grabbed the different ladles that belonged to their dish of food, and put some mash potatoes, cooked corn and green beans onto her plate. With a grin she gestured the boy towards the table, thankful that there wasn't much people at the place, giving the boy a chance to take the time to learn and apply this new skill.

"See, easy, would you like to try?"
