West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

For his part, Tobias is entirely content to continue to work his way through his meal, his hunger sated and aggression rapidly forgotten in the wake of the feast before him. That it is improper to take an entire fish, let alone an entire chicken remains to be seen as his teeth crunch ad crack through bone with expert ease- the couple seated beside them staring momentarily in utter surprise at the creature they have found themselves beside. Both are surely oblivious to the fact he is something less then human, the man at least seeming almost mildly impressed at the way the bones fracture easily between the boys teeth. His strength of jaw, after all, remains even within his human form, Tobias pulling the fish towards him now. For a moment the boy simply turns it over, fingers taping at it as if he is simply...searching for something upon it, his task meticulous, so absorbed within his efforts that the conversation Raven is content to have with the older woman is utterly ignored- or seemingly so, the girl moving to correct the woman upon their relationship status as the woman nods, eyes widening as Tobias evidently finds the weak spot upon the fish he had been searching for, biting into it with utter glee until the mans attempts to reach the salt see his hand slapped sharply away.

A low growl of sorts rises readily within the boy's throat, dark eyes cutting sideways as if daring the man to try again before Raven moves to offer the shocked fellow some level of explanation. Tobias is, fortunately, far more distracted by the taste of his fish to offer the man any further disdain as he munches happily upon it. Birdie's mention of his name merely seeing his head lift to grin towards her before biting back into the flesh.

That's er....quite a jaw he has there.

The man seemed both impressed and mildly concerned by the shaggy haired deviant seated beside him, the woman merely nodding politely to Raven's words, offering Raven a smile all the same.

I'm Maureen and this is George, it's a pleasure. Where are you travelling to? Or are you just on the harbour cruise for the day?

Maureen, for her part, was seemingly determined to ignore any behaviour anyone else may have been given to believe was unusual about the boy, George continuing to watch with some level of awe as Tobias finished the fish, his plate now entirely bare as his dark gaze fixated upon the table of food once more. He remembers, perhaps, some of the words Raven had offered him, moving to stand once more with plate in hand, entirely determined to visit the buffet once more before the sudden ringing of a bell and a voice over sees him pause.

Oh I do love this game!

A waiter pointing Tobi to his seat sees the confused boy return once more as Maureen hurriedly fishes out several markers from her purse, handing one to Raven and Tobi in turn, Tobias merely content to stare at it for several moments before a waiter moves to place a card before him, the rows of numbers meaningless to the feline as his gaze finds Birdie once more. Whatever words he moves to speak to Raven are silenced by an overly excited man repeating the number 'eleven' over and over. Bingo is an entirely foreign game to the boy, Tobias lacking the ability to perceive it regardless, his inability to read merely seeing his gaze narrow in frustration as he moves to mimic George beside him. That the numbers on George's card are not the same as his own however remain to be seen, Tobias merely micking the placement of them, pressing his marker to one number after the other- the idea of dotting the page a suddenly rather thrilling endeavour.

Buddy, I think you have a Bingo.

Really Geroge is only trying to be helpful, Tobi having dotted his entire page despite only a small amount of numbers having been called, dark eyes lifting to the older man now.

Well you have to say Bingo when you get numbers in a line and I...oh...you er....seem to have dotted a lot of the numbers, no one has called thirty two yet...maybe you should ask for some help.

"Bingo!"

This is a fun, new word, Tobias evidently content to test it out, oblivious as to the power of this particular word within this particular place as the host applauds with joyous abandon and several people come running rushing over t check his card- Tobias evidently pleased with the attention this receives. The host however, seems far less enthused at the sight of Tobi's card, several attempts to explain this is not 'bingo' met with several blank stares by the boy before the man moves back to the stage to call several more numbers. For a moment Tobias merely frowns, arms folding across his chest in ready disdain at the lack of attention once more, the faintest trace of a smirk touching his lip once more. Sometimes, it would seem, the man knowns entirely when he is 'misbehaving'.

"Bingo!"

A flurry of attention rapidly issues before a groan from the rest of the crowd. This is a dangerous new game......
