West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The acquisition of another cargo ship hardly came as easily as it might seem. Despite Tetradore's arguable 'owning' of the warehouse district, his navel property still needed to have all the required permits filed, paperwork filled out, and money exchanged. He hardly wanted his empire to fall apart because some idiot simply 'forgot' to renew some shipping charter. There was a pile of paperwork settled on his desk for this very purchase, every line was signed neatly with his signature, every box filled out and now, all that was left was the final look over with Raven to ensure they had done absolutely everything by the books - this time. A soft sigh left his lips as he leaned back within his chair, clicking the pen in his fingertips before laying it to rest on the table. He leaned back in his chair, watching as the woman thumbed through their completed stack of paperwork. He watched the way her eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly before moving onto the next page. Thank god. Finally, after a silent ten minutes, the girl looked up at him with a small simper on her lips. Tetradore reached out to take the paperwork from her, his action paused on by the presence of one of his staff members quite literally running into his room.

The news of what was occurring down below quickly brought Tetradore to his feet, the man making his way down toward the fighting rings below, already calling his own affinities to him. His affinity for fear invisibly cloaked the man, causing the crowd to part around him with whispered murmurs before surging again behind him as he passed through towards the ring. He fit himself through the roped off sections, his emerald gaze quickly taking in the scene before him of the wild jaguar and his spotted beta covering an already fallen man. He let his affinity reach out to the crowd at large, the brightly lit ring slowly darkening with a nearly creeping shadow that filled the room with the exception of the rink and his immediate vicinity. He could feel the fluttering of anxiety within the crowd that surrounded him, his power hardly affecting them to the magnitude at which he manipulated his own sibling. He stood in front of her, entirely dauntless despite his mortal form and her much more powerful jaguar figure. "On your back." His baritone voice was cold, reverberating within the space as he commanded his sister to submit to him, his entire figure filled with the assurance that came within his position within the pack.

He glanced backwards at the spotted boy and fallen man, knowing all too well an example would have to be made in order to keep anything like this from ever occurring again. "Jackal, take him to the witch to be healed free of charge. Any winnings the house would have made from this match will be paid out between them both. Nadya - you are hereby banned from the ring until you can learn to follow my rules." His attention was turned back towards his sister, watching intently for any movement that might suggest she would further disobey his command.
