West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

A soft sigh left the young man's lips as he watched his sibling and yet he shook his head ever so slightly at his sister's words. "They won't learn how to be pack unless you bring them here to let Tobias learn. You don't have to keep them but...even if it's just once a month. He can't be taught without them. I also believe they make baby gates for a reason, Nadya. There's whole parts of the ship that can be sectioned off. Hell - we have someone on guard at all access points of the ring so they would be seen before they can even step foot in the fighting areas. You're letting your fear get the best of letting them live - I can feel it." It was, after all, his specialty. Fear in all it's forms fell under his dominion, even if he failed to mention it or failed to react when it touched his companion's souls. He was aware of it, however, always aware of it. "The Ark can be more baby proofed then you give it credit for." His voice trailed off, his emerald gaze slowly turning downwards towards the young girl whose tiny fingers gripped so tightly onto the fabric of his jeans. She was fearless - this one and yet, he only just watched her with a vague sense of inquisitiveness.

It was his sibling's voice that pulled Tetradore from his thoughts, the young woman scooping up the children as she balanced both with care. The man hardly offered to help, instead simply trailing behind his sister towards the stairs that led upwards towards the deck. He paused just outside the deck of the ship, flicking on the lights that flooded the metal decking. Tetradore ensured that the door that led below was securely locked, making his way around the deck to too ensure there was nothing the children could get into. It was an easy enough task - picking up a few odd and ends here and there before the man returned to the now naked twins before pulling his own shirt over his head, followed shortly after by jeans, undergarments and shoes, all of which were tossed haphazardly in front of the door. He paused for a moment, rotating his neck as if letting his body prepare for what was to come. After all, he was about to attempt something altogether....new. It took him a moment before his emerald eyes fluttered close, his mind mentally searching for the pack bond that bound him to each member of his pack. His lips pressed together for a moment, a small frown crossing his features as his emerald eyes flickered open.

A soft grunt left his lips as the man kneeled down in front of the two children, reaching out to take their hands within his - it was a small act, the physical contact somehow bringing their wavering connection flaring to life just enough that his animal side was able to latch onto those metaphorical threads. Effortlessly, the man too found the bond between himself and his sister before, without any real warning, he took a deep breath and let the shift overcome his muscular physique, dragging all three with him nearly immediately. There would be no tears tonight - no waiting for it to come or dealing with the partial changes. It was happening; here and now. It only took a few minutes before Tetradore's skin was replaced entirely with ebony fur, his tail lashing side to side in a playful fashion of entire satisfaction. Briefly, his attention turned from the kittens to his sibling, a soft purr reverberating within the depths of his chest as if to say 'see, told you I could do it'.
