West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

For one brief moment in time, it seemed as if Tetradore was gaining traction. His feline claws dug deeper into her flesh, using his greater weight to drag her down as he struggled to climb her no more than he would a tree. His species was known for their abilities to jump and settle amongst the foliage despite their large size. He was assured that she would be no different than an unruly willow - for a moment. At least - until the girl beneath him began to shift. Tetradore was all too aware of her ability to change sizes, much as he was aware to some extend of many of the group's affinities. However, he'd hardly wanted to be upon the receiving end of a feral bear sized wolf. One one hand, he knew well of his abilities to best even a creature larger than himself, like the one she mimicked, but doing so took far more effort and often resulted in neither parties walking away unscathed. His own paws clung tightly to the girl's spine, attempting to find some sort of purchase upon the wolf as she abruptly began to move. He scarcely had time to prepare before he found himself slammed against the wall, jarring the man entirely. The lupine repeated the action over and over till his shoulder begun to ache and his claws begun to lose their purchase.

His body, however was pried roughly off her form by some unseen force, dragging his claws from her hide despite his attempts to remain where he was. Eventually, she won out, however, and Tetradore found himself capitulated through the air before being slammed abruptly into....something. Somewhere, someone screamed. For a brief moment, he saw stars, his head shaking ever so slightly as he regained his senses. He slowly began to rise towards his feet before a sharp pain laced his form, his paw pulling back momentarily. A soft sound left Tetradore's parted maw before the man shoved those sensations in the back of his mind the same way he did often for the majority of his life. He'd look at it later - right now there were other things to attend to. Slowly, and with a slight limp, Tetradore made his way back towards the lupine, a low reverberating growl upon his lips to answer that sound of the wolf herself - it was a way to tell her that he was still entirely within this battle. Her efforts had not won her Samantha, that he would be sure of, even if it meant turning his own abilities against her - an action he had thus far strove not to take.

The sudden invasion of Tobias' voice within his mind momentarily saw his emerald eyes flicker towards his companion, his head bobbing ever so slightly in understanding. Their kind, after all, were made for the hunt of the night - they were nocturnal by nature, exceeding far more than whatever eyesight Raven's lupine form might have given her. He could hear the glass shatterer above him, clinking onto the floor around them as the man paused, shifting his weight so his left paw was held slightly above the ground. It hardly took long for his pupils to expand, his vision quickly adjusting to this sudden change of light before Tetradore was once again on the prowl. His ears flicked ever so slightly at the sound of his name, quickly noting the voice as Samantha's and slowly his cranium turned in her direction, ensuring she was fine before his attention turned back towards the giant creature in front of him. He could feel Tobias as the man mentally reached out to him and innately he too fell into step - waiting as they pulled a tighter circle around Raven. Unlike his companion, however, Tetradore made no effort to charge at the girl, knowing well that such movement would not go well for him. Instead, he timed his contribution to this joined effort well, teleporting the same moment Tobias seeked to collide with her to reappear but moments later above her shoulders. Tetradore let gravity do it's work with his hefty form, the man bracing for the impact and the pain as all four hundred pounds of his body weight fell upon the wolf, hoping that it would contribute to Tobias' attack upon her legs and too fell her. The moment he made contact with her form, his claws once again found purchase in her fur, pulling himself forwards to part his jaws and bite into the fur he could around her neck. He hated what he surely was inflicting upon the wolf and so, instead, he simply refused to even so much as consider Raven any more than a wild bear - in those moments, she was not Tobias' significant other, she was not Samantha's friend, she was merely a dumb bear.
