West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tetradore had known from the very beginning that there was no way the two in front of him could possibly understand what his world now consisted of. They had no notion of the sacrifices he made for them ever since they'd come into his life once again. Nadya was too young to understand, he doubt she even remembered who Risque was. They were so quick to discount him with their judging stare and immediately a scowl crossed his masculine features. Tetradore chose, however, to reply to neither of them, unwilling to admit the truth. He was a kept were, he was constantly degraded, constantly dragged back to this prison that he hated. This was the life he'd been trying to protect them of and instead of listening they had waltzed right into the vipers den. They came to their own deaths with joy. It wicked him if only because this was the exact situation that Risque would have enjoyed the irony of, had she been aware of it. Tetradore felt Tobias' grip upon his arm though the were-panther remained rooted to his spot, knowing all to well the consequences that could ensue if he was seen leaving with them. He shook his head ever so slightly, his emerald gaze hardening as he eyed them. Tetradore would have done whatever was required of him to get them to leave, to ensure they were not found, not yet. Unfortunately for him, fate hardly seemed to be on his side.

His mouth contorted almost immediately into a frown at the sound of Risque's voice, his flesh flinching ever so slightly as she brushed up against him. Tetradore knew that her interest would be too much upon the felines that'd walked so naively into her club to harass him too greatly, at least for now. However, there was no longer a possibility of saving his family, the prospect glistening just out of his reach like the evening stars. The only thing left for him now was to minimize the inevitable fall out. He would be satisfied if he could save at least one of them from her grasp, as pathetic as such goals were. Tetradore could feel the power behind her command, urging him to obey her, forcing him to obey her. It was this power she wielded that kept him here. If there was anything that Risque was good at, it was keeping him as her hostage. "Tobias and Nadya." He commented gruffly, hardly bothering to even gesture towards them in turn. All she had wanted were introductions and names were something he was willing to give if only because he knew they would mean nothing to her.

Tetradore could feel the irritation that rolled off of her in waves, invading his own emotional system till his shifted uncomfortably beside her, his eyebrows furrowed as he silently fought to regain control of his mental state, trying to separate her displeasure from his own, even if they seemed to roll together into a haze of irritation and resentment. He dared not to move from his spot, however, knowing all too well if he left them now like he so often attempted to do when Risque seemed fit to harass him, there was a chance they might not be there when he returned. Instead, Tetradore chose to remain motionless, doing his best to place himself as a buffer between her relentlessness and their precious, pure, and untainted youth.
