West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Earlier that day she had went off to hunt with Dorian, leaving her sleeping companion nestled within their warm hammock. She felt guilty for leaving him, but she had to keep her promise. She had left him donuts stashed away within the Ark, a sort of game that would surely keep him attentive and happy. Of course she returned to spend time with him, but she was puzzled when he decided to lock himself within their room as soon as the Ark opened. Usually he was willing to walk amongst the throng of Weres, looking for a worthy opponent that was willing to fight him. Jackal seemed annoyed that the spotted wild cat was not out, his fights was one of the ones that everyone wanted to bid on. The little Hispanic man wanting the cash and each time he went to bang on the door, calling Tobias out he left grumbling. She was concerned as well, but she understood that sometimes one just favored being alone and she would not check on him just yet. Instead she busied herself with wandering through the main floor, taking the money for the bets with Jackal, or paying off bets, being reserved and yet friendly at the same time. As soon as the third hour rolled in, Jackal requested her assistance the meek girl concerned a bit. He usually didn't stay within his room for this long. With a soft sigh she gently knocked on the door, waiting a moment, but when he didn't come out she spoke lightly with a warm tone.

"Tobi, are you okay? You've been in there for a while and...ah!"

When she was speaking she didn't hear the lock go undone, but she was startled to see the door open a bit and his hand snatch out for her arm, the deviant dragging her into their room as the door proceeded to shut and lock behind them. The howling from Jackal and his desperate loud banging noise made the lupine jump in shock for a bit, quickly walking with Tobias until he stopped. Blue-grey eyes looked him over and the room, checking to make sure nothing was broken or evidence that would explain why he was in here for so long. She noticed the dark steel blue tie that hung oddly from his neck. Before she could speak she noticed how his fingers mimicked her own when she was nervous. He was usually a confident creature, an ability she longed to have again for herself, and seeing him like this got her worried. He was never anxious about something before. Before she can question him she listened to him declare what he wanted from her. Her look of concern changes into a very soft perplexed look. Blue-grey eyes meeting his obsidian gaze, seeing the flicker of his hands as he points to the steel blue tie he had attempted to tie. She had never seen him put on a tie like this before, usually it was around his head, or he was shredding them with his claws in Tetradore's room.

Raven hardly understood why he wished to out with her in his attempt to dress up. She was accustomed to his versatile nature and need to simply go whenever he felt like. Always she went with him when he asked, seeing their adventures as dates. The curly-haired woman could recall when the deviant had taken her out as his version of a date. He had actually grabbed the fruit, the date, and grabbed her and took her outside Lucain's warehouse, standing on the porch while it rained. It was rather a very sweet gesture, the woman absolutely pleased entirely in his effort, appreciating his effort to take her on their version of a date. As he proclaims he is wearing the tie and this meant they needed to go out, her smile only widened. This was rather the only second time in which he wished to implement a date in the standard way. Slowly she takes a tentative step forward, her hand going up to push some of his dark hair out of his eyes, her pink lips pressing onto his own in a gentle manner, grinning as she looked up at him.

"You're my mate Tobi, of course I'll go out with you! You look very nice with that tie around your neck, why did you want to wear it tonight?"

She simply smiles sweetly at him pleased that he was willing to do something extraordinary nice. Tobias wished to go out like the others and, even with his tie, they weren't dressed for the part. Looking over her own attire she bit her lip a bit worried. Her jeans were frayed at the bottom, her hoodie sleeves a bit tattered at the end. Truly they looked more like bums and she hoped that he didn't have in mind to take them somewhere that would caught them to be quite a sore thumb. Shifting her eyes upwards she gave the boy another grin. Her hand slowly going down to interlace with his own, giving it a gentle comforting squeeze to calm the two of them. The leopard charm that hung from her necklace shone a bit from the light above them. Happily she looked up at him again, one hand brushing his tie for a moment, as she politely asked him such an innocent question.

"Where do you want us to go?"
