West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

There were some aspects to this peculiar side of her familiar that so utterly baffled her. Serafina was aware, of course, that the canine was more akin to a wild wolverine then the half woman that she usually was. Her actions were strictly basal in nature. It was an aspect the intelligent young woman had picked up on with the utmost ease. She hardly knew what had caused such a shift in her companion, nor did she have even the slightest idea of how to return the woman back to her prior state. Instead, Serafina merely accepted the wolverine's demeanor, rolling with it in the same fashion she did any conundrum that presented itself within her life. Regardless, the young woman strove, in that dreadful moment of her own disgust of the home she presently stood within, called to her companion, speaking to her even if she knew well the wolf seemed unable to really truly understand her. Still, it seemed as if Raven was capable of understanding something, weather it was her tone or some internal aura she seemed to omit, Raven seemed to simply know the unease that laced her frame as those words so hurriedly left her lips. The touch of the dog's cranium against her thought caused a weak simper to cross her features before the young gestured back into the hallway, coaxing her companion to join her.

Serafina led the way down the stairs and towards that living room of her townhome. She paused at the front door, snatching her keys and purse from the small table before the girl led the way outside. She paused to lock the door behind her before leading the way to the vehicle with the lupine still at her side. A small press of a button on those keys was all that was necessary for the vehicle to beep, unlocking it's doors. The witch opened the back seat door, glancing down at her companion as she gestured for the wolf to get in. Raven had always enjoyed their short rides in the car, more so then she was assured necessary and yet, Serafina was willing to indulge her in this idle love, at least for now. She hardly anticipated the way Raven's lips peeled back to flash those ivory canines, the gesture alone saw her features twist in a small frown of dissatisfaction. "Oh come on Raven, it's just a damn car." She uttered, clearly exasperated by the wolf's dramatic reaction. Thankfully, she was spared any further reaction as the wolf jumped in the vehicle and immediately Serafina closed the car door behind her. Serafina made her way around the car, the wolf's barking cries altogether audible despite the closed doors. The girl rolled her eyes at Raven and yet, she hardly offered any word of response. Instead, Serafina slid into the front seat of the driver side of the car, depositing her purse on the floor of the seat next to her.

The witch was in the process of putting the keys in the ignition when the sudden wetness of a tongue licked the side of her cheek. She squirmed away at that touch, whining as she reached up to gently push the wolf's muzzle away from her. "Okay okay, I'm hurrying, geez." She grumbled, sticking the keys in the ignition, turning the vehicle on and, immediately, pressing her finger on the button for the window. Serafina immediately put the car in reverse, knowing well half the fun of the car rides for the wolf was feeling the wind within her fur and ears. Dogs - they were utterly ridiculous. Still, Serafina hardly complained, content to drive the pair away from that townhouse and towards that establishment she had so considered but moments before. It wasn't terribly long till that vehicle came to a stop in front of a large pet store, of all things. "This is either going to be the best idea I've ever had...or the worst one. Try not to like...I don't know, kill anyone okay?" She commented, glancing up at her rear view mirror to the dog in the back seat. She turned off the car, grabbing her purse before stepping out and, moments later, too releasing Raven from the confines of the vehicle. "Alright Raven, let's go get you a toy...or a few...whatever you want, okay?" See - she was at least willing to splurge on the wolf. Anything, really, to get her out of that rat infested home.
