West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It wasn't rare at all to see Raven within the hammock, fast asleep, during the early hours of the day. Before the Ark opened up for the nightly fights, she was busy cleaning up the kitchen after preparing Tetradore his favorite meal, watching as her deviant companion and Alpha were munching on the freshly baked cookies she had made. It didn't bother her at all that neither of the boys were helping her with the dishes, rather it was a good thing that Tetradore kept Tobi occupied â€" she didn't want any more dishes being broken. Tonight he was supposed to be going out on his date with the Fae Queen, and she hoped that he would have a wonderful time. The following night was a full moon and she was eager to spend this one with her pack. After being underneath his claim for a few years she had grown to fully trust him. In the beginning she was constantly wary to be within his presence, but now she appeared quite comfortable. Before he left the kitchen to prepare himself for his outing, she had conversed with him about the business, offering to take the day off tomorrow to allow him to recover with whatever fun he would have tonight. Although the last thing he said was a playful remark about how much fun she would have with Tobias, since they would be alone. In a way it was good that her last moment with him was sweet and fun...because it would be difficult to find that happy place again.

Comfortably she was fast asleep beside her mate, curled neatly against him, her night terrors soothed by his presence, and the knowledge that she was safe. Always within the Ark she was safe. Both Tobias and Tetradore had shown her, in their own way, that not only was she accepted within the pack, but she could be taken care of. Not in a sense where she had to depend on them, for everything, but because she knew she could rely on them should the time ever arise. To know she was accepted, appreciated, and considered one of their own truly helped the woman settle in. Tetradore had shown she mattered and was worth protecting when he attacked Frost the night the WereHorse had nearly killed her. Her old Alpha wouldn't have bothered to do such a thing, but the WerePanther did. Tonight she was in a dreamless sleep, the perfect kind, she was at peace. However, even while she was sleeping something within her was rattling, something deep down was stirring within her. Her dreamless sleep was no more. Instead within the pitch blackness of the dark a familiar image began to appear, there was Tetradore, his emerald eyes peering through her within the tall grass, staring at her with mirth. That very image of him struck her very core, and not in a good way at all, seeming him caused her pain and she whimpered. Blue-grey eyes would flutter open as she feels her mate's hands grab her, and shove her, rocking her back and forth, hearing him clamor and yell saying her name and her Alpha's. Worriedly she speaks up, blue-grey eyes holding a spark of alarm.

"I feel it too Tobi, something is wrong..."

Immediately she stirred awake, half in a daze, and suddenly she let out a soft cry, the pain within her only intensifying. She turns her head, one hand clutching where her heart was, attempting to breathe steadily as she looks onto her mate, horrified to see him so terrified. She could feel not only his distress, but feel the bond between herself and her Alpha straining, almost as if...no. Quickly she climbed out of the hammock, taking a step towards Tobias knowing something was entirely wrong. Never had she ever seen or heard her mate whimper and cry â€" it was a sound that did not belong to Tobias, it was a sound that should have never been made. The tug between herself and Tetradore tightens and strains and she stumbles towards Tobias, barely keeping herself up, eyes widening. Long ago she had felt the bond between herself, her fellow pack members, and her Alphas break away, but it occurred after her feral state and attack. It wasn't until she was sober, back in her mentality, when she felt the bond with them suddenly break and tear away from her, but it wasn't as heat wrenching as this. Perhaps through their abuse and mistreatment of her, losing the bond between herself and them barely had an affect with her. However, that wasn't the case between that Alpha and pack bond between herself and Tetradore, the only Alpha she truly felt like she belonged to. Wobbling towards Tobias she let out another whimper, feeling the bond strain, and then suddenly she felt an excruciating snap.

She stands there silently within their room, her eyes looking to Tobias, her mauled face contorting through all the emotions that was running through her: distress, confused, crestfallen, and absolutely petrified. She has an inkling of what happened, but she cannot explain why or how. As she hears Tobias unholy scream she releases a mournful cry of her own. She hears the pounding of their bedroom door and the sobs of Samantha, but she could not go to the Fae Queen. As Tobias' body rattles from a painful sob, tears begin to form in her eyes, as she lets out her own sob. Her mate does not cry. Her mate is fearless and untouchable to sadness and pain. It was natural for her to not want Tobias or Tetradore to feel pain, sorrow, or agony, but she could not fix Tetradore now...and she could not fix Tobias. Stumbling towards her mate she falls to her knees, hearing his mutterings and babble, his cries alarming her. She manages to weasel her body and place it against his own, forcing his body and her own to lean against the other, as her hands wrap around him into a hug, her face going into the curve of his neck, as her tears freely flow and she cries out. She knows and yet she cannot say it to her mate, she knows something is wrong, and as he exclaims he cannot find Tetradore, she feels that unbearable void, unable to find Tetradore through their bond. The bedroom door would slowly slide open, Raven using her telekinesis to allow Sam to enter. Crying her arms tighten around him in a hug, the girl just as distraught as him, seeing her strong mate crumble losing not only his best friend, but his brother. Weakly she mutters, repeating her words, her tone holding such devastation as she continues to weep.

"I can't...I can't feel him Tobi... I'm sorry, I'm sorry, Tobi, I'm so sorry."
