West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The stairs in their orbits

and the stars in their orbits shone pale through the lightof the brighter, colder moon

Nadya sighed and tried to relax as she leaned back, allowing the woman to do her work in stitching the wound, using the small talk as a distraction from the fact that a needle was going through her side. "Risky?...You mean Risque, she's the owner of that place...the owner of Tobi. He's her newest pet now." While Nadya probably wouldn't have shared such information in a normal situation like a member of her pack being degraded into a pet, the fact that Tobias had hidden this "other life" from her made her more inclined to bite back. Her words were debatable to Nadya, the very fact that the woman had been harmed by others can harbor resentment and lashing out to deal the same pain she had been dealt, a form of revenge if you will. "You don't have to look scary in order to be cruel and the why hardly ever matters. But...I guess you could have done so already if that's what you really wanted." Or were just stringing her out like some game, which was also an option that Nadya kept tucked in her mind.

Her shoulder rolled in a slight shrug, righting herself when the curly-haired woman moved away, looking down at the handiwork, "Well that'll put a damper on things." Briefly she wondered if Tobi would even notice the stitches or even care to be careful of them, and if the stitches would tear during their...activity. She turned her attention back to the woman, noting the change in her body language and the breaths of pain that shadowed her features. Slowly Nadya pieced together what had happened, her new lack of pain for simple rawness while the other winced and checked herself over, catching a glimpse of the redness where Nadya's wound was but mirrored on the others flesh. Realization dawned on her, her tone light and slightly curious, "You're a healer," Well that's what they had called the doctor back in her old pack, his ability to draw away the patient's pain so he could operate on them. However, he had never showed signs of mirroring the wounds or pain himself. "...looks like you got the short end of the stick with that ability though." The price of taking someone else's pain to be feeling it yourself wasn't something Nadya would have been keen to use if she had it. The negative effects just outweighed the positive in her opinion.

Nadya eyed her hand, taking it only long enough to get to her feet before pulling away again. Baby steps, it had been a long day and a rough night already, it would take time for Nadya to calm back into her normal demeanor. Food sounded ok, though clothes she doubted the woman had anything she would wear, much preferring to simply have a blanket or towel to tuck around her body. Nadya followed her away from the bloodied scene to the promise of food. If the woman fed Tobi then she was sure to have enough to feed her, even if her palate was a bit more refined than just a slab of meat which caused her packmate to be on cloud nine. "My name's Nadya by the way." Well, if she was going to be here for a bit then Nadya figured she might as well be obliged with a name.
