West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Emmy listened to Raven speak, not sure what to think. She didn't want to use her powers for fear of accidentally hurting someone...but at the same time, she also didn't want to unintentionally hurt because she wasn't using her power. It was a terrible place to be in, a place that Emerson wasn't sure how to get out of. She was going to hurt someone either way â€" and it made her sad to know that she would not be able to prevent it. Perhaps she could have her powers stripped from her? Surely there was a witch somewhere who had asked for their powers to go away. Perhaps she was the only one who just wanted to be normal.

When Raven asked if there might be someone who could help her master her power, someone that perhaps had the same ability, Emmerson shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know anyone here...and I've never met anyone with my power." Her ability to create storms didn't seem to be a popular one...but it sure was deadly. She supposed there was a lot of good that could come of her powers if she was able to control them. Perhaps once she found Alex's family, maybe she could search for a teacher.

They talked about her scars, saying that it was abuse that caused them. And when Raven said there was nothing to apologize for, that it was her family that did that to her, Emmy felt a connection with her. Her situation might not be the same as Raven's, but it was similar. "My parents beat me every time I used my power. Eventually, they gave me up to the state who threw me into foster homes that did the same thing. I was beaten for using my powers. But what they didn't know is that the more they beat me, the more scared I became...which made my powers be uncontrollable. I ran away and never looked back." The last couple of years with Alex had been the best of her life. He had calmed her nerves and her instances of power mishaps had fallen drastically. And now he was gone.

Emmy asked about this place and despite it not being the information she wanted, it was interesting enough. She seemed happy to talk about her new pack, and that made Emmy smile. What it did tell her, however, was that Alex's family would not be here in the west district. They were not weres, but witches. Perhaps they could be located somewhere else. But before she could ask where the witches hung out, she began to speak about the city and some of the various parts of the area. Emmy listened quietly, taking in the information that might help her to locate Alex's family.

But before she could ask about the witches, she seemed to be able to read her mind too. While it may not have been a power, per say, she at least could predict where her train of thought was heading. She spoke of other witches and Emmy smiled. "I'm actually here looking for a witch family...The Acostas." She highly doubted that the were new the family specifically, but maybe she could be pointed to someone who might. Not to mention, she might be able to help her locate a witch with her powers. "You don't happen to know anyone that can control storms, do you?" Since she was here...she might as well see if someone had her power.
