West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

It was quite clear to him, in that moment, that Henry hadn't he slightest notion of the new world he found himself in, stumbling over even that termenology that even mere humans knew from their Sundays spent at the zoo. Although felines were hardly pack animals by nature, that human part of them still saw them bond in ways more akin to their canine breathren. Still - he would learn, soon enough. And, in turn, Tetradore was willing to simply ignore him, feeling for that teether that bound the two and, in turn, yanking quite forcefully upon it, literally pulling the animal from that human skin. In mere moments that shift was complete, leaving Tetradore standing before a near mirror image of himself, though his protege was slightly smaller in build, he still held those sleek muscles of the jaguar, and still as black as the night sky. It was those bright blue eyes that so set the pair apart and yet, Tetradore hardly had a moment to comment on such a thing before that roar parted from those jaws.

Tetradore's own mouth parted, a lowly growl echoed in return, entirely meeting that threat with but one of his own. He was wholly unwilling to allow his own creation to best him, entirely determined to see that connection between Alpha and pack member confirmed and solidified even if Henry so foolishly sought to challenge him. He knew that feel of feral, even as his mind brush but briefly against the man's own, uttering but one soft word - "Henry...." It was surely more akin to a softened whisper and yet, it hardly stopped the man from so meeting that charge, his own large form so collided with the man, ignoring those claws that threatened to meet flesh. Instead, Tetradore fully intended to use his own superior weight to push the boy over, and when that first effort was twarted - things had a way of getting ugly.

It was after several moments of fruitless grappling that the were-king had decided, quite throughly so, that he'd had enough of this charade. His own sharpened claws were finally released, quite literally digging into the form of the other cat as the panther pulled himself ontop of Henry's body, entirely uncaring of those scratches he left within his wake. The boy would heal quickly - now that he was one of them. Rather, it was those sharpened incisors that were far more vicious within his kind. His jaws parted, crashing hard with Henry's throat as his mouth so encircled the cat's neck. Any movement to dislodge him only further tightened his grip, the man all too content to ride the metaphorical bucking broncho until he was willing to admit his own defeat.
