West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

That frustration tugged at him readily as he attempted to free those words from his lips, his mind struggling to process them, to connect those fractured thoughts from mind to mouth. That frustration readily becoming irritation and yet that anger was hardly directed with either the woman or the wolf. Tobias frustrated entirely with himself in those moments as Birdie wandered towards him to take his hand. Her presence was soothing in some sense to the man, that touch of her hand so working to press against his own irritation and lessen his discontent, grounding those thoughts enough to at least assist him in speaking them even if his words still lacked conjunctions- or sense- in several places. Tobias, more than once, becoming fixated upon a single word, repeating it over and over as he told that story, as if unable to press his mind beyond it like a veritable glitch before at last seeming to find what he wanted to say. The shaggy-haired deviant pressing together those figments of memory to make something akin to a story, disjointed and fractured and broken- much like any tale he told off his childhood, his past, his time with Risqué or any of those memories that seemed to bring out that volatile aggression. As if even his own thoughts so attempted to protect him by shielding what was left off his mind from his own reality. Whatever that might be.

Those garbled words so at last came to a halt, those fathomless dark eyes turning towards his mate then as she spoke, her own voice holding that clarity and force his lacked as she made some effort to repeat his story with those added words that existed outside either his vocabulary or his ability to comprehend. Raven's tale, perhaps, far more sensible in its retelling then his own would ever be. Tobias simply nodding now as if to agree with those words Raven added, his gaze drifting back to Mira then, watching that she-wolf now, searching her features for those subtle shifts and changes that Tobias alone so seemed to understand. The boy far more capable of reading those unspoken things then those spoken words. The Leopard understanding that tone alone as Raven moved about, that anger and sadness apparent to him. These emotions he understood to an extent. The names of them were familiar. Those expressions upon her features equally so even if he rarely identified them within himself. Tobias loathing to see his mate distressed in any sense before the curly-haired woman near spat those words of disdain for the stallion whom had brought so much pain down upon them and their pack. The boy bristling as even Mira's teeth seemed to gnash together, Tobias readily picking up upon that shift of energy within the room. The man content to act as those around him did, to mimic the behaviours of whomever was in the room with him, his own irritation rising then even if he hardly understood the full depth of that situation. His world was truly black and white. Good or bad. Grey did not exist for the boy, not truly. Frost was bad. He understood little else and hardly needed too. The boy listening silently as those words continued between the women, at least until Mira spoke of Tetradore's death.

She spoke as the others. As Raven and Alexis had. The entire pack so having attempted to convince Tobias over and over that his beloved friend had died that he would not return. That gangly deviant simply refusing to accept their words. The man denying them again and again. Though whether he had truly known Tetradore still existed, somehow, else he merely did not truly perceive the finality of death remained to be seen. Perhaps it hardly mattered. Tobias having spent night after night on the rug on Tetradore's floor, guarding his room, waiting for his companion to return. Tobias assured that he would even when no one had believed him. The boy, perhaps, knowing far more than he ever truly said. He had spent a lifetime following Tetradore and Risqué as a child. He had willingly allowed his own capture by that vampire woman if only so e could be near that man he was determined he need protect. Perhaps it was not so surprising that he would wait for months on end for Tetra to come back. He was obsessive by nature after all. His gaze lingered on Mira now before his head tilted slightly in some consideration.

"Tetra....die but.....not die....because.....he not...leave Tobi behind. He come back....is...good trick."

He nodded his head determinedly as if this not only made sense but so explained the situation entirely. Tobias sure Tetradore would not die and leave him. Not ever. Tetradore would never abandon him as he would never abandoned Tetra. Or Birdie. Or those he perceived as his own. Death apparently a permeable boundary to the boy. He fell silent once more as Mira spoke, so many words, far too much for him to understand. The boy picking up upon the occasional one he knew and yet he remained seemingly attentive all the same as the women spoke, watching as Raven moved to that mirror to try and repair her own wounds.

"Jackal will...fix."

He uttered then, assured the little Mexican might have time if asked to help Raven's wounds heal, those dark eyes falling back onto Mira then as she shifted from wolf to woman, his gaze meeting her own if only briefly, the boy committing her to memory than as one finger fell to that bed, tracing some invisible lines clear only to him. That query as to whether he was hurt too was met with a shake off his head.

"Tobi....not get hurt.....Tobi much too strong."

Well. A little ego never hurt anyone. Tobias, perhaps, capable of far more than any truly believed or he ever truly showed. No ability outside his own reach and yet he seemed so eternally trapped within his own world. His eyes narrowed slightly at that closeness of Mira to his own mate and yet her features were calm, relaxed, Raven's lack of alarm soothing him in turn as he rose abruptly, lips pressed to Ravens cheek in that soft kiss. The very sort Tobias was assured fixed all things.

"I...will....wait....upstairs till....Birdie is fixed. I...send Jackal. Mira....can stay if....wants. I tell...Tetra."

And with that the boy turned easily upon his bare feet, slipping out of that room, content to leave Raven with her friend. Tobias so seemingly having accepted her entirely.
