West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Henry looked at Tobias as he claimed that he did not like things that were complicated. "You and me both." Henry wished things weren't quite so complicated. If his life had been any little bit easier, he may have been a little more excited to be here. And yet...and yet he still felt very much alone. Even though he was being introduced to the group of people he was now supposed to call family, he couldn't help but feel out of place.

Henry watched Tobias produce the bag of candy, Tetradore seemingly asking for some of it's contents. The unspoken conversation between the two males was quite unique. Henry studied them silently, trying to place the importance of the relationships between the older members of this pack. If he was going to at least appear to be a part of the group, he had to at least try to understand them all. Studying their attitudes and behaviors was something he would have to do extensively.

Henry silently watched the chocolate move towards Raven. He wasn't jealous. He wasn't really a candy eater, so he didn't both with saying or doing much of anything. He just observed the dynamics of this pack. After all, that was what he was supposed to do, right?

Tobias's words broke the silence of his thoughts when he asked if he liked to fight. He was going to sound like a pansy. However, Henry would not lie. These people deserved to know that he was not an aggressive man by nature. "No. I try to steer clear of fighting." He wouldn't be one to be found within the ring â€" at least not yet. So far his were half had only destroyed the one relationship he cared for more than anything. That part of him was not to be celebrated...at least not yet. He had a feeling Tetradore would try to get him to appreciate his animal half in time, but right now, he wished it didn't exist.

He watched the gummy bear rise and float towards him. While he wasn't one to eat candy, he felt like if he refused, he would be punished. So instead, he simply took hold of the candy and popped it easily into his mouth. It was better to just eat the candy than to question it. After all, he was trying to integrate himself into the group.

Raven spoke, mentioning that tonight was a full moon. The last full moon had done nothing but ruin his life. His heart began to beat wildly in his chest. He was scared. He was scared to turn, scared he might hurt someone when he did. He really needed to get comfortable with that part of himself, but he felt like it might never come. He lowered his head, his eyes looking down at the floor as he shuffled his feet nervously. "It is not my first." It would be his third full moon. A third full moon that he could potentially ruin someone else's life. He took a deep breath. He had to tell himself it would be okay...that his pack wouldn't let him hurt anyone else. He had to trust them.

He had to fight the urge to ask if there was a way he could resist turning on the full moon. He didn't like this part of himself and yet...in a group that seemed so comfortable in their own skin, it seemed wrong to ask them how to prevent turning. So instead, he simply offered a nervous smile and a nod at the offer to play and get to know one another. He wasn't sure how well he would do, but he had to try. Hopefully Tetradore would be there to help him conquer the animal half.
