West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

His attention shifted from that book to Raven and back once more, his dark eyes lingering first on that water colour drawing so magnificently crafted that it could surely have hung in an art gallery before shifting to those signatures of so many of their friends or employees whom had taken the time to written in that book in turn. Tobias having spent the better part of weeks allowing others to borrow that treasured book to fill it in or colour within it before collecting it once more to pass to the next person. The stress of such a task so finally having begun to wear upon him. The boy hardly adverse to his own idea, rather, the simple, mental effort so required was distinctly more then was ever employed by the deviant. That nervousness and anxiety wreaking havoc with his own often volatile emotions that had so finally resulted in his irritable mood the night before. He had hardly understood what most of those friends had written, many of those words beyond his ability to read or perceive, the boy so simply having told them what that book was for before thrusting it towards them and so demanding some contribution from them in turn. Not a single of those beings at all seeming displeased to do as such once they had worked out just what the deviant desired and whom it was for. Each of them content to write for Raven those well-wishes or small tales of the time she had held them or how they had met. The curly haired woman a rather beloved fixture of that Ark even if she believed otherwise.

Tobias far more aware, it seemed, of those darker thoughts that often plagued her mind than he ever truly showed. His ability for communication entirely limited and yet he had so attempted to show, in his own way, the simple importance of that woman to those around them. To those outside himself and so remove those ideas of loneliness just as he had made some effort to display just how she appeared to him. Forever that focal point and so without those flaws she alone seemed to see within herself. The idea that she had not believed him merely met with a curious tilt of his head before that query as to why so many of those notes seemed to be wishing them well were met with an equally blank stare. Tobias himself rather oblivious to just what those notes themselves had read exactly. His own dark gaze flickered back to that writing and yet in this he afforded her no answer, though whether he simply did not have one or merely chose not to offer it remained to be seen. The boy instead moving to turn to that last and most important page that so clearly displayed Tetradore far superior hand writing with his own attempting to trace over it in an effort to write out that request.

His finger moved to point to each word as he read. Tobias vaguely aware of that shift within the woman's heartbeat beside him, instinct alone merely assuring he remained aware of those subtle changes and yet he simply continued to read each word as he and Tetradore had practised several times. The boy so failing to realise that punctuation hardly needed to be read out. Tetra having told him a thousand times and yet that new 'question mark' was an entirely exciting word, one the young deviant was entirely proud to display his knowledge off as he finally glanced upward. Those stuttered words finally ceasing as Raven lent against him. The leopard largely oblivious to the emotional storm he had so created within the woman. His gaze instead resting upon her own in search of some hint of praise or approval for those words he had struggled to master for days. His ability to remember them, let alone read them, a decided feat for the man. He had hardly anticipated his mate to reach for that blue pencil, his features frowning slightly as she lifted it to that book in turn, his head tiled curiously as he eyed that writing before her finger placed itself beside his own. Raven making an effort to read out what was written there. That simple 'yes' the word the boy had so been desiring to hear as that smile readily over took his features, his lips parting to speak only to halt as he eyed that new 'exclamation point'. The lanky leopard so having come to find a clear excitement in punctuation of late even if no one truly seemed to know why.

Any further words the boy might have attempted to offer were all but lost as Raven's arms wrapped around him, her lips finding his own, Tobias entirely willing to return that kiss. That grin upon his features still clear as that soft chuckle rose from within him at the clear delight in Raven alone. Tobias distinctly content in those moments when his mate was happy. The woman leaning against him still as that subtle purr rose within him. At least until his features frowned once more. As if some realisation alone had only just struck him, his form shifting in a brief effort to detangle himself from his mate only to find himself fully embraced. His affinity so readily reached for her own then, grasping that power of telekinesis, the drawer on the dresses sliding open at his command before several socks were sent flying in turn. That little black box fishing magically from within hovering above now as Tobias merely pointed towards it.

"Need to....give to Biride. Have to. Birdie....should let go."

If she desired what was in that box, after all, Tobias required the ability to move. That hissing snicker of amusement rising within him as the woman seemed to near hurriedly release him. Tobias lifting from that bed to cross the room and take up that little box in his hands before wandering back to his mate then. The boy seeming to pause then, his features shifted once more into a look of confusion as if unable to decide just how to give her that box. Tobias so abruptly holding it towards her now before obscurely lifting one leg to stand on only one and balance upon it. The boy so clearly having confused the idea of one knee and one leg and the very notion of just how it should be done as he balanced precariously before her, that grin on his face all the same, clearly pleased with his efforts. He waited only so long as it took the woman to reach out and take the box from him. Tobias shifting to stand beside her then and peer into that box in turn. That white gold ring was almost simple in design, that band twisting into that figure of eight infinity symbol, laced then with those small diamonds before circling about that single, large blue diamond in the centre.

"I....did not.....even steal it. Tetra....took me....shopping."
