West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

"I'm sorry Sera, I wasn't trying to."

She would be lying if she didn't find it a bit amusing to see the raven-haired woman jump in shock. Giggling softly she leaned into the doorway watching as the witch placed her hand over her heart. Scaring the woman wasn't her intention, but at least she managed to find the elusive woman! Moving over towards the witch and her table filled with various vials, beakers, bowls, and other tools of her craft, she looked over the different ingredients puzzled. It had been mentioned a time or two that Serafina enjoyed creating potions. It was quite interesting to see all the items and ingredients laid out on the table. There were certain flora that she could readily recognize. Then there were some that she had no clue what they were. The purpose of them being used together was lost upon her. A sheepish smile was thrown her way as she got a bit closer, keeping the basket in her hand.

Blue-grey eyes traveled over to the other side of the room, noticing the shattered glasses littered and scattered on the ground, which didn't seem usual. Serafina was adamant that everything in her home and workshop was clean! Even if she came in, wiped her muddy shoes on the rug, it would be the water from her dripping rain coat that would set the petite woman off. So, finding broken shattered glass on the floor, not cleaned up, well that would make Raven think something was off. Looking back over at the witch she nodded eagerly curious as to what it was she wished to show her. That she should have her fingers crossed, left her stump. Quickly placing the basket on the clear side of the table, she lifted her right hand, showing her fingers were crossed. As Serafina threw her vial against the wall, she watched how the pink glittered smoke swarmed around them as butterflies slowly emerged from the cloud. The she-wolf couldn't help, but smile in delight as she watched the pink butterflies fly around them.

"Oh, they are pretty Sera! There's going be a lot of kids wanting to buy these."

It's not surprising that there would be. Kids nowadays expect something magical to occur, and parents are willing to spend anything and everything they could to make their wishes come true. Holding up her right hand she reached out to touch the butterfly, gently, but she was unable to, because it flew away. Another butterfly managed to land on her nose causing the woman to shake her head slightly, to let it fly away. Her eyes watched as they continued to flap around the room, entertained. For a moment she happily stood there watching the magical glittery insects fly around, thinking that this would be a funny little gift to bring back home. After all Tobias would enjoy trying to smack the butterflies around, the boy far more in touched with his feline side. Looking over back at the basket she brought for lunch she gestured over at it, hoping that the woman was hungry. Using her telekinesis the she-wolf began to clean part of the table for the two of them to sit and have lunch.

"Do you have any other new potions to show me? If you need help to make more, I'd be happy to help out!"

The basket would flap open and out would come the dishes and silverware, flying about around the room and then sitting on the table. Using her telekinesis to do easily and menial tasks was something she was quite used to doing, whether it was in public or private. It allowed the she-wolf to multi-task. The containers of food begin to come out, being placed on the table. It had taken a bit of work on her part but she wanted to at least prepare the two of them a very good meal. Opening the containers she revealed a variety of different sushi dishes that she had hand crafted. This particular type of food wasn't as easy as she thought it could be. Yet she managed to and it all looked a bit right, at least hopefully, it tasted right too! Looking up at the woman she gestured for her to sit and at least take a break from her potions making.

"I tried making sushi. I used the fresh seafood down at the pier so, none of this is frozen and none of it is take-out so...if it isn't good let me know!"
