West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Henry watched her sit down on the armchair and he sat on the bed before he explained himself to her. He poured his heart out to her, hoping that she could understand where he was coming from. She was the only one who could. Despite the fact that she did not understand how he was trying to cope with this new were life, she did understanding his feral nature and what damage could be done if he was backed into a corner without Tetradore there to keep some sort of hold on himself.

When Raven began to speak, he listened, leaning forward and keeping eye contact to show that he was listening. He valued her opinion. Since deciding that he would embrace his were form and learn how to be at peace with it, he had to listen to any and all constructive criticism. He had to make this life work...there was no other option. It wasn't like he could just hang his were hat up to dry while he carried on with his life with Sterling. His panther was a part of him now, he couldn't keep denying it.

Her question was one he had thought a lot about. "That simply isn't an option â€" I don't know how I can keep on living if my panther cannot accept him." Henry would never really commit suicide, at least he didn't think that he could. However, he also understood that if his panther never accepted Sterling, Henry would have to do the hardest thing he had ever done in his life: let Sterling go for good. It was something he didn't want to think about. Not only would it break Sterling's heart...but it would crush Henry as well and Henry would forever hate the cat that dwelled within him. He would never be able to embrace it fully and that was a danger to everyone. Perhaps ending his life would be the best thing for all involved if his panther simply could not love Sterling as he did now. He mentally shook those thoughts away. It wasn't something he wanted to think about.

Eyes slowly rose to meet her own when she finally agreed to help him and Sterling. It meant a lot to him. But when she said that she would not be in her wolf form, he nodded. "Tetradore had wanted this to happen under the blanket of the full moon â€" I shot down that suggestion instantly. I told him I wanted you to be human. The last thing I want is for Sterling to be too overwhelmed." He did not want to scare Sterling away. He wanted to being him a sense of understanding. Raven would be there to offer support and explanation as needed when Henry would be too busy trying to rein in control of himself. "I think my panther fears him. He feels threatened â€" perhaps that was what led to our incident." Erasing those negative memories would be hard. Teaching his cat that Sterling meant them no harm would not be an easy task. He was grateful that Raven and Tetradore were willing to help.

In this moment, he felt as though a giant weight was lifted from his shoulders. Perhaps he just felt more confident that this meeting would not be as large of a clusterfuck as he believed it to be. He sighed softly before he looked softly at Raven. "I'm sorry she's irritated with me. I wish I knew how to help on that front â€" but I'm clueless how to navigate all of this. It's still very new." Hell, it was only a few days ago that Tetradore was teaching him how to climb a tree. He still had as much coordination as a newborn on a tightrope.
