West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was a smile the woman was truly after from the usually lackadaisical were king. One feat she had failed to coax to that surface. That point lost entirely upon the alpha and yet despite the look of true bafflement, it was short lived, Mira content enough to let that moment slip away and their attention to shift upon the pair of alluring bikes that beckoned to them. Fortunately, it was a call neither of them could ignore any longer. That promise of the new day, felt like they had cheated time itself. Upon those bikes, all it took was barest touch of fingertips before they found themselves and those bikes at the base of the mountain with the help of teleportation. Her fingertips seemed to linger if only for a moment longer than she had realized before that look of determination soon impeded upon her. Navigating to the main road was an easy feat with Tetradore taking the lead, that pace far slower than the speed she yearned for. There was plenty of time for that and yet she could hardly help that gentle tug of anticipation.

Upon those smooth roads they could finally move, truly, finally Mira was able to feel the shiver of power of that bike beneath her. The mechanics of that new bike was easy enough to figure out. The layout slightly different and yet it seemed familiar. There was no doubting that this bike was better than anything she had ridden in the past, that smooth buttery ride and untapped speed that it possessed was unmistakable. It was everything to be able to meet the call of those roads and with the company with a man she found herself wanting to be at her side.

That playful streak saw to the Mira to suddenly rev that engine, causing her bike to rise in a somewhat controlled wheelie, her iron steed rearing as if to kiss the sky. It was Tetradore's voice that rang in her head then, enough to comment. Show off? Perhaps a little. "Maybe just a little." That playful carefree tone easily returned, that laughter might as well have stained her words if she truly spoke them out loud. They easily split to move around a slower moving vehicle with ease, speeding quickly around them so that they were nothing but blurs. This apparently terrifying the unsuspecting driver, angering them to the point they lay a heavy hand upon that obnoxious drawn out honk. The horn that sliced through the crisp coastline, morning air, those noises and disapproving glances were easy enough to ignore and nothing new. Even half way across the world it would seem not much has changed, people were still just as easy to outrage. They continued on and it truly wasn't long for those cars be easily left behind, a soft sigh escaping the she-wolf. She relished in that air, along with those brilliantly painted picturesque scenery that sprawled upon either side of them. How could not anyone want to get lost upon these roads? It was far too easy not to. She felt the way her heart beat seemed to come alive from that sweet adrenaline offered from those ever-increasing speeds. It was a simple feat to lose herself to the sensations to welcome the continuous hum of their bikes mingling in unison.

Mira seemed lost in that very moment that she was unaware of that way Tetradore's gaze seemed to linger upon her as she pulled out in front of him. Even with their bikes they seemed to easily play that flirtatious dance both seemed to partake within. He easily pulled up beside her and slightly passed her just as the feline king so uttered that insistent promise.

They moved along at a good pace when suddenly that road melded to what looked like a bridge, only it was far from ordinary. She could hardly hide her surprise... That inquiry was met with a very Tetradore response, not that she could have done much better herself. It was good enough for her even as she chuckled softly. "I think I prefer the Zhu something or other bridge.." Did it really matter where they were? Not in the slightest. "I kind of like the feeling of being lost.." Lost with him hardly seemed like the worst thing in the world, was it wrong to admit it?

She suddenly pulled up next to his own bike as that challenge was offered as she immediately stole that lead and advantage, that burst of speed so saw that needle of that gauge to go into the red. Tetradore's fighting words, sparked not only a smile, but that love of the speed. He urged that bike forward suddenly. How quickly he closed the distance she had created, like it was nothing, it was an invitation to go faster, for this she was sure. A game she was more than willing to play with him.. "Fast enough, I wager." The exotic woman persisted even if that intent was far more in the spirit of getting him to... to play with her. If there was ever a place to get that stoic panther to lower that steel fast resolve if only for a moment. However, it was that moment they ended up side by side, she could catch barely a glimpse of the look of those near glowing emerald eyes peering at her. Was that a smile upon his lips?

Those following words met her mind yet again as they once more seemed to split to hug around that silver Toyota car. Mira could only just make out the look of surprise and awe upon the faces of the kids sitting in the back as they rolled by, one of them frantically waving. Mira nodded just once at them in turn as the parents seemed to gaze on angerly, shooting them an none to friendly gesture in their wake. How unfriendly. That laugh found her from both as she sped on forward, her focus remaining upon that road ahead of them and Tetradore himself. "You must be worried, just a little bit if your using goading words." She finally responded but a moment later. "In fact, I think... both our bikes are capable of so much more." How oblivious she was! Tetradore's bike was clearly the superior one, that ninja was hardly street legal and could easily leave her and that vibrant bike she rode in the dust. She watched as the gauge upon that bike climbed ever higher, climbing higher, almost doubling the speed limit entirely, she seemed to lean forward.

How that exhilaration fills her, the wind roaring so loudly that without a helmet she was sure it would be all but deafening, the warm brown locks that peeked from beneath her helmet whipped out behind her. She didn't dare to look behind her, but she did steal a glimpse to the beautiful brilliant blue waters to their left. Her hands gripping tighter, to whiten her knuckles before realizing that Tetradore was gaining on her... effortlessly. Her golden eyes watched him in that mirror, clearly unwilling to make this an easy win. Good.. she craved for a challenge anyways and regardless the outcome she would give it right back. It was almost like he was toying, surely he would not. That thought confirmed before unleashing that bike that hidden power. She knew it was fast, but not this fast. In fact, even though she heard him even before he stole the lead right from her. "Shit." she uttered under her breath with feeling...

She torqued at that acceleration bar as she chased after his heels courageously. Even losing the lead she could not deny how much she adored this, she tried to match that speed, nipping at his heels in attempts to gain upon him. That race was like a no-pun-intended a game of cat and mouse before Tetradore ultimately won with an impossible burst of speed at the end. What neither of them anticipated was the cop hidden at the end of that bridge. "What the hell did you feed your bike? Rocket fuel?" She questioned in that sweet sarcastic tease, shaking her head only slight, that determination hardly leaving her. She had lost fair and square... but it would seem Tetradore would not be able to relish in that victory just yet when the sirens sounded and that vehicle began its pursuit.
