West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

His name had already started out bizarre enough as it was to the young woman, his correction only further caused her manicured brow to rise with skepticism, though she supposed she'd met some people who called themselves by odder things during those long years she'd lived and worked Sacrosanct's streets. "Right...Tipsy..." Hopefully that wasn't at all indicative of his work style. Serafina hardly paused, however, to dwell much upon his name any further as she cut straight to the chase. Her careful wording of his profession was answered with a measure of playfulness that Serafina hadn't anticipated. A small simper crossed her features at the mention of missing socks - something that the young witch was certainly not lacking. "Oh, no, it's nothing like that." She answered easily, only to offer to pay for the very item that she was wishing for him to procure. How quickly he seemed to take on her proposal, even going so far as to flatter her in the process. Ah, if only he knew exactly what she was sending him into - perhaps then he might not have been so eager! Still, it was that very ignorance that Serafina was baking on as she offered him a girlish giggle. "Well, it's not exactly my money so I don't mind paying whatever." She answered with a small wave of her hand.

The very offer to return to her store was one that Serafina was more than willing to accept, with a warm and ready simper. "Of course, Tipsy, my store is right this way." The witch waved briefly to the dingy little storefront across the street. A single glimpse was given towards the bag in his possession, though Serafina had little reason to suspect anything amiss. After all, what she was proposing was surely more...dangerous than whatever was currently in his possession. She wasted no time in leading him away from the listening ears of Sacrosanct, her hand pushing open the door that rang softly at their entrance. Her store held an almost heavy silence in it, thanks to the lack of customers though that was hardly abnormal. A subtle sweet floral scent filled the air, thanks to the herbs and flowers jarred behind the counter in a colorful, vibrant array. "Would you like some tea?" She inquired, glancing behind her as she led the way to the counter, though Serafina hardly waited to hear a response before she plucked a notecard from behind the counter, a single address printed upon its surface as she slid it across the wooden surface and towards him. "The item I need you to procure is located here. It's a mansion in the Northside, it's heavily guarded. Still think you can find my missing...'sock'?" She inquired, her brow rose tauntingly, so easily baiting the man with the hope that the intrigue alone around this 'sock' might be enough to cause him to overlook investigating the place too thoroughly beforehand.
