West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

QUITE AN EXPERIENCE TO LIVE IN FEAR, ISN'T IT?

"WHAT IS IT LIKE?" HE WHISPERED
"IT'S LIKE DROWNING. EXCEPT YOU CAN SEE EVERYONE AROUND YOU BREATHING." I REPLIED

"My name is Raven, and you are in the West. They own it. The Leopard is Tobi, my best friend." Regan glances sideways at the wolf-girl, aptly named Raven. Her head tilts to the side at the mention of the Leopard being this wolfs best friend. Even Regan in all her inexperience when it came to people, let alone members of the opposite sex, knew there was more than 'friendship' lingering in the gazes between the pair. Best friend my ass, she thought silently to herself. However, Regan didn't contradict the statement. She simply raised a mental eyebrow and gazed back knowingly.

"They own the West, or just this place?"

She asked it inside Raven's mind; not caring if it was the wolf or the panther that answered her. Just then the panthers voice registers in the background as he talks to the retreating leopard. Tobi. Her violet gaze snaps to his as the topic of conversation registers. Choose to join? Join what? Were they referring to the pack that this panther was so obviously the alpha of? Or something else entirely? Interesting.

Regan shifts her weight -- rocking back and forth on the balls of her feet. Her calf brushing against the soft fur of Raven's side. She is clearly starting to get fidgety. The closeness of the wolf and the panther finally starting to takes it toll. For truly, this had been her first encounter in human form in years and she has no idea how to contain the restless energy humming just beneath the surface of her skin. She wanted to shift back into her tiger form and vanish into the darkness. To become one with the night and the shadows. Yet this pair intrigued her. Mostly the emerald eyed man before her. He was speaking again and her gaze focused on him once again. You could literally see her focus shift back to the present from wherever in her mind she had vanished.

She waved his apology away as unnecessary. A simple rise of her slender shoulder in a delicate shrug. He had done nothing wrong. She was unharmed. Apologies were not necessary. "A pleasure Regan, My name is Tetradore." Finally. A name to put to the black panther with the wonderful eyes. She knew the trio's names now. Raven, Tobi and finally Tetradore. She liked having this knowledge so she offered him a small smile in acknowledgement. Regan's hand unconsciously started moving through the ruff on Raven's neck in a firm but pleasant pressure. I think she was hoping it would distract her from the jittery feeling crawling up her spine. So far, it was not working.

Regan's mind slides against Raven's once again. Allowing the richness of her voice to sweep across the wolfs consciousness.

"Am I allowed on this 'West side'? Or have I committed a taboo by coming here?"

Again the question could be answered by either of them. Though she suspected Tetradore would be the reigning authority where that was concerned. Then there was this business about joining them. She needed to have that clarified.

"Join you? I can tell this place is more than just Pack land... Are you wanting me to join your pack, or something else?"

Regan was unsure what she wanted. She had been alone for so long. Needed and desired the solitude. In the same breath though she couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to be part of something. To have a 'family' again that could actually look at her. Look at her with something more than disgust in their eyes. Regan lifts her violet gaze and watches Tetradore from beneath thick lashes. Wondering.
