West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

I-I'M NOT WHO YOU THINK I AM.

Do you ever stop to wonder if they love you?
When you look into the mirror do you see the truth?
D-Do the voices in your head still got you confused?
Do they make you wanna say...
I-I'm not who you think I am.
Today was the day. Today was the day she was going to join Tetradore's pack. Today was THE day! Or at least that's what she'd been saying to herself for the last week. Every day was the day...they just somehow turned into tomorrows. She didn't want to admit to herself just how terrified the idea of today and its ramifications utterly and completely terrified her. The boy with his amazing emerald green eyes terrified her and not in any way she was accustomed to.

The thought of his piercing gaze is enough to raise a chill along her spine. It's enough for her to wish today was any other day. That tomorrows wouldn't eventually turn into today's and she could somehow remain in her previous state of blissful and undeniable oblivion...and yet...she cannot deny the undeniable any longer. There's a part of her, a part she will ignore and deny for a very long time to come, that wants today and every today that will come after.

Regan heaves a great sigh, pushing her fingers through her long wavy locks. The digits thread through the tendrils and weave an intricate braid while her mind wanders. She needs to go to the Ark. She needs to find Tetradore and tell him that she wants a place in his place. She needs to find Raven first though. Somehow Regan knows that they need to do this together. A light smile curls her plump lips and her fingers drop away from her hair. Standing she moves towards the door and opening it before stepping outside and closing it behind her. Regan takes a moment to just inhale the fresh air -- the scent of winter infiltrating her senses. She loves winter. Something about the snow and the frozen air that keeps the stench of life at bay. A frozen landscape. A frozen moment in time that she can relish. Her smile widens and her face upturns to the sky and for a moment, just a moment, all her walls fall down and she simply is...and its a beautiful thing.

All too soon the moment is gone and Regan slides into the shadows around her apartment. She quickly sheds her clothes and shifts into the all too familiar form of the ebony tiger. It's like coming home -- this feeling of belonging. Regan is more tiger than human. Had been for a very long time. She prowls through the city streets, seeking the wolf girl. She usually finds Raven around this area, but her scent is leading her towards the Ark. Huh. Had Raven decided to do this without her? Or had she simply decided to wait for Regan there? Either way Regan slips into an easy lope and covers the distance easily.

The sigh of the monstrous ship is becoming all too familiar. Although, now that she thinks about it, she's never actually gone inside. With a feline shrug, she stalks up the gangplank and onto the deck. She enjoys the widening of eyes around her. The stench of fear as the sheer size of her registers on their faces. She knows her violet eyes are glowing eerily and finds the whole situation utterly and completely amusing. It's hard to tamper down her instincts to kill those that get too near. To not protect what she claims to be hers...and if Tetradore accepts her into his pack, this place would be hers. These people would become hers. It's the only way her tiger would submit to their presence here. They'd have to become a part of her territory and that's exactly what they would be. She would not dishonor Tetradore. Not many people had seen her in this form and lived to see tomorrow. But...things were different now. Would be different.

They let her pass without much fuss. Whether they had been expecting her, or simply didn't want to get in her way, she didn't know or care. Slipping silently into the bowels of the ship, Raven's scent grows stronger. Permeates the air. Raven had spent a lot of time here. She spots the wolf girl just in time to watch her shift and feel the press of her head against her large obsidian shoulder. Regan chuffs silently, a tiger's version of a hello. She often forgets she can speak telepathically to anyone in her Were form. She'd never done it until she came here. So used to never having a voice. It was weird to find herself able to express herself in words. To find herself with a voice once again...even if it was only in her mind.

The press of Raven's thoughts against her own, draw her from her thoughts. She glides forwards, pressing her head gently against the length of Raven's ribs. "He would be a fool to allow a single negative aspect of your personality to define your whole. He's not that shallow Raven. He'll see you. He'll know your more than the single sum of your parts." She doesn't know why she is so sure of this fact. So entirely convinced he would never judge Raven for an act she cannot control and mourns and fears for every second of her existence. It hits her like a ton of bricks. Her mind reeling and falling and doing unspeakable things. She has to close her eyes against the onslaught. She has faith in him. Faith that he would do the right thing. Regan had lost faith in humanity a long time ago. So why was this man so different? Was it because he had offered her a place here without asking anything or her in return? Was it because he had risked his life to protect her with no thought to his own welfare? She doesn't know. Doesn't understand. But the fact remains burning brightly behind her clenched eyelids. She has faith in someone for the first time in over 14 years.

Her violet eyes flicker open and soundlessly she follows Raven further into the ship and eventually to Tetradore's office it would seem. She regards him silently, her violet eyes sweeping instantly to his shoulder and wondering if it was healed. She says nothing, barely daring to breathe as she waits for him to turn around. Totally unprepared for whatever reaction she is going to have upon seeing him again.
