West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It is the bond of pack that assures the boy feels her presence in the moment in which she shifts, her mind brushing against his own in the firm establishment of connection that only pack share- just as he feels her pull from him, choosing a different direction from his own as he barrels down the hall after the little canine, claws scraping along the polished wood as he struggles to maintain his balance and speed all at once. Why Birdie has chosen to go another way hardly bothers the feline, her presence assured within his mind all the same, the Leopard given to feel her own adrenaline in this, connected with each stride of her limbs and beat of her heart as he attempts to herd the canine towards his wolfish companion. The little silver-backed creature dives into the crowds below, the lanky leopard following barely a moment after as far more then one patrons dives for cover or attempts to scramble away from the domain force within the Ark. His reputation, it would seem, has been tied along with Tetradore's own, neither man ever challenged within the confines of their steel kingdom, this dominance entirely assured and as such those whom congregate choose to flee rather then fight, many having become used to Tobias' antics entirely as the boy launches himself up and onto a table, golden eyes searching for the little dog now, pupils dilated in response to his desire to hunt- even in play.

His own instincts further extend, ensnaring the position of the Jackal concealed beneath the stage of one of the many fighting rings as the spotted feline crouches now, tail swishing in delight, oblivious to the scowl of several other Were's whom had only moments ago been seated at the table themselves, his large paws standing within several of their meals before he launches suddenly into the crowd once more- diving beneath the ring only to have Jackal disappear once more and send the boy careening into the stage mounts as Birdie speaks with another Were some distance away. The golden cat flails for several moments still, righting himself once more before barrelling back out and into the crowd in renewed pursuit of his target. Where Tetradore has gotten to the boy hardly knows and yet his scent is clear within the air, Jackal perhaps having lead them closer and closer to the Alpha still as Tobias prickles further in disdain before Birdie's words find his mind once more, golden eyes slicing sideways in search of the wolf whom stands nearby one of the larger cages, a subtle nod of sorts offered to his girlfriend before he takes off yet again, driving the teleporting canine towards the larger wolf. He is an athletic creature, swift and sure upon his feet, his ability to jump engaged now to lunge upward and prevent the Jackal teleporting above him or leaping over, twisting mid-air to land upon his feet, moving so as to keep the canine between Birdie and himself until shadows spread across the earth and obscure the vision of the ground, the vast majority of the Ark having paused to watch this challenge unfold.

For a moment the golden eyes of the cat focus upon the blackened floor with wariness, mind unable to understand that the floor surely exists beneath this layer of shadow, watching as a number of others continue to walk unharmed upon it before Birdie presses against his side, doing as any subordinate does and allowing his own lead as that long tail drags upon her side in affection before the cat strides forward, driving the canine in the direction he desires and within the cage he can no longer escape from. A hissing snicker rolls from the cat's lips, the sound strange from within his feline vocals and yet his delight in this game is assured as the little canine seems to understands it's predicament.

Yes...where is rug?

His own words press more firmly upon the other Were, his superior status and position allowing a command of sorts to intertwine with the words that see the small creature....reconsider, teeth bared in threat now as the Jackal seems entirely...put out in this moment, seating himself with a huff within his newfound prison. I do not know where the rug is, Senor- but you is having caught me, so I will not tell Sombra you were in his room. While you are here though, do you and girlfriend wish to have a fight with others? I think crowd would like to see Gato and his partner fight together yes? A satisfied purr of sorts manages to find its way within the Leopards throat, delighted at the prospect of having bettered the cunning creature before him before the crowd around erupts into applause at the mention of seeing the Leopard King and his female companion in a fight, tail switching now in disdain.

Birdie....does not....fight.

His words are very near drowned out by the crowd, a rumbling snarl caught within his jaws all the same, agitated with the Jackal once more as it continues to sit before them, entirely aware of the chaos he has caused as more then one amongst the crowd volunteers to take up a battle against the Leopard and the Wolf. It is rare indeed for Tobias to fight amongst the others, the boy descending from his throne beside Tetradore only when a fighter has proved themselves worthy enough to be tested against the Alpha and his Second, this lapse in protocol seeming to invite all manner of Were's as Jackal chuckles beneath his breath. Is Gato scared? This seems to enrage the boy entirely, a growl spat towards him in ready disdain now as the little canine seems to laugh once more, eyes turning to the wolf now. Surely you are not going to let your boyfriend turn down a fight are you, it would be, how you say, most bad for the street cred. The little creature merely nods once more before abruptly standing and leaping towards the bars of the cage, designed to null some powers perhaps and yet not all, the Jackal squeezing between the bars in a display of a previously unseen third power, his bones having become almost...jelly like as he very near melts between them with a snicker- the man clearly never having been trapped at all, leaving Tobias and Birdie to deal with the crowd now demanding to see a fight.
