West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

our lives are made by the deaths of others

Tetradore was quite atypical when it came to notions such as 'thinking of others'. He was a selfish creature by nature, taught that his survival depended entirely upon his ability to remain entirely apathetic to the existence of others. His life existed with the death of others. It was simply the way it was. And so, the were-panther had spent particularly little time dwelling upon the lives he'd "destroyed" by taking over the Ark. It hadn't mattered much to him at the time. It still didn't if he was being perfectly honest with himself. All that had mattered to him within those moments prior to impeding upon the polar bear's realm was his homeless sibling and the wayward deviant that trail behind him with such unyielding faith. It was them that had caused him to act, bathing in the blood of the ivory bear and mercilessly taking all that had once belong to him. That wasn't to say that his entire existence was somehow callous. After all, he had given them a choice - to stay or go as they pleased. The decision was theirs and they had made it alone.

His emerald eyes remained steadfast upon her unmoving form, clearly entirely uncaring to the bed she slept in, much less the fact that he had so willingly murdered the man whom, he could only guess, was her old Alpha. His thoughts were shifting back towards the months prior, trying to pick out her face from the crowd that had once gathered around the polar bear. He was certain that she hadn't been present on the night though anything beyond that had simply been a blur - those faces discarded from his memory as if they were but a useless piece of information to be passed over. That is, they had been until one such face was in his bed. A soft huff left his lips in an almost childish fashion as she rolled her eyes at him, clearly unwavering in her determination to sleep between his sheets. For a brief moment, the were-panther remained where he was at the side of the bed, his gaze glaring, his arms folded over his chest. He was hardly in disbelief that she seemed unwilling to move. In fact, he had quite a bit of experience when it came to the impish thinks to Tobias himself but this even he could detect was an entirely different story.

"There are dozens of other beds - why the hell did you have to pick mine?" He grumbled, more to himself then her. After all, it wasn't as if she had any interest in him...or moving....or anything for that matter. Tetradore slowly moved around his bed, purposefully picking the side with the most space before half heartedly flopping onto it. If there was anything his species knew particularly well how to do - it was how to aggravate the sleeping. It was like an innate feline trait. Tetradore rolled ever so slightly so that his back was given to the girl before, quite firmly, pressing his body up against her, as if trying to push the sleeping snorlax off of his bed with his weight alone. It perhaps was not the most effective method in mind, but if he succeeded he could easily claim the bed as his...and if he failed...well, Tetradore had far more tricks up his sleeve.
