West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It had never occurred to her that she would be presenting a WerePanther a jovial house cat toy would be insulting. It was natural for a Were creature to be appease their wild instincts. The longer one wished to keep it locked the way the harder the struggle and the worst the affects could be should their wild half manages to claw its way out. The gift was meant to be for fun. The always brooding and aloof male needed something to do rather than stay cooped in his stuffy Captain's cabin. Although his cabin was spacious and filled with various trinkets it reminded her more so of a luxurious cage, and no one should be in a cage, even if he subconsciously didn't mean to make it such a way. And if he did put himself in a cage on purpose...well...he shouldn't be doing it still. Clearly she had been spending far too much time with her spotted companion to think that something 'entertaining' would be somewhat approved. It was a stupid thought that at hindsight she probably should have realized that, as she stood on her tree branch, but she was far too deep to back away now.

Quietly she stood still on her branch her dial tilting to the side in a curious manner, waiting patiently, not knowing if he would really join or not. The only thing she did with him, while they were in the same room, was look over the books, help count the money, divide the money to keep resources coming and going, payroll in order, and anything else that was needed in business management. She did it so he could be free to do whatever he wanted her own mind firmly believing that an Alpha should do as he wanted, not stay trapped behind a desk. When she watched the familiar show of a human changing into their animalistic counterpart there was a slight wave of her tail as she took a few steps back allowing him room to leap onto the same branch she was on.

As soon as his paws reached the branch she would run past him, knowing his claws would help him grip the branch as she slid past him using her front paws to land on the bark of the tree before using her hind legs to push her up to the next branch. Without any sharp claws to dig the metal into and provide her more leverage to push herself up, she used her telekinesis to rise her body up as front paws landed on the branch. Up she went, running across some branches and forcing some traps to activate, such as the slew of liquid soap to slide down one branch and the excess drip onto the one below, or one smooth titanium branch to suddenly have sharp spikes appear all around the branch, even another branch to completely fall down by her weight alone. The entire purpose was meant to slow the panther down and she felt it was completely fair that she was using telekinesis to get herself up the tree to make up for her lack of feline features. For a moment she would stop and slowly walk around her copper branch, peering down at the male, her inquisitive voice quite calm as a small wolfish grin appeared on her mauled face.

"If I win...I get to drive your car, yes? If you win, what do you want?"

There really isn't anything she could give him. Hardly anything was under her name. Only a few items of clothing in Tobias' closet, her pitiful small collection of books stacked alone Tobias' dresser, and the very first Christmas gift she'd ever receive that remained adorned on her neck. There was absolutely nothing she had to give him and yet she proclaimed the prize she wished to have â€" knowing full well it was a wish that would be null and void. No matter what.
