West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The stars in their orbits

and the stars in their orbits shone pale through the lightof the brighter, colder moon

As always her brother was a plethora of delightful and endless conversation. Not. Nadya was sure that this side of him was an effect of being within Risque's clutches as she didn't remember him being so closed off as a boy. He actually used to smile. Those memories, even if faded, was what kept Nadya in the pack if only to see that side of her brother just once more. His lack of movement and reciprocation to her enthusiastic and playful greeting rolling around against his size like an overgrown kitten didn't dampen her mood. Nadya paused mid-roll on her back with her front paws curled kneading at the air slowly as a small purr rumbled in her chest. "There was a fourteen point buck in the woods the other night. We should have a hunt tomorrow and find it." Her paw came to lightly bat at the side of Tetradore's head before they were soon joined by the golden spotted leopard. Nadya swiftly rolled right-side up in time for Tobias' head to butt into hers in greeting. Since the twins the pair had seemingly smoothed over many of their wrinkles that lead to their blood shedding battles. Nadya still didn't let Tobias get away with what she deemed was unacceptable but made many exceptions now as well to simply let him behave as he did...so long as it wasn't annoying her.

Her purr grew louder as the duo turned to a trio once more, batting playfully at Tobias' retreating haunches as the scent of the meat met her nostrils. "You're always shoveling food into your mouth." Well, just because she wasn't fighting with him didn't mean she didn't still insult him from time to time. The tip of her tail twitched back and forth as her attention was momentarily stolen by Tobias and his allure of the meat to the kittens. They weren't yet on solid food but they acted on instinct nonetheless trying to nom on anything that could be edible. Her golden gaze watched as the kittens tumbled over each other, their balance still a work in progress, chirping up at Tobias and the meat he dangled down. Before she would have scolded Tobias for teasing the kittens but they were older now and needing less and less shielding as the months went by therefore her over-protectiveness was easing. That and another figure emerging from the shadows onto the deck drew her attention away from father and children.

Nadya was more observant than the others would perhaps give her credit for. She remained motionless at her brother's side, gauging Raven's every movement closer to the group, noting the way she avoided eye contact and the stiffness in which each paw was placed. The ebony jaguar had not been a part of the fight that had occurred between Frost and the others therefore the wolf's demeanor only caused Nadya to assume she had finally accepted the words Tetradore had spoken before, accepting hers and the kittens place in the pack. The feeling of her brother's body vibrating in content caused Nadya to peel her attention away from Raven once the wolf had settled down on his other side. It elated Nadya to hear something other than a growl or hiss for once coming from her brother. Quickly Nadya's rough pink tongue lashed out to groom the ebony coat at his neck before nuzzling her nose there and shifting to press her whole body weight against him. It was her own attempt to coax out more of that side of Tetradore to see if it would end in that long sought after playful side. It was all fun and games as Nadya attempted to get Tetradore to play until Micah had lost interest in attempting to capture the meat and wandered back over at the sight of the play. It wasn't the feline pair that the small black kitten wandered over to though.

Micah waddled over to the foreign canine and gave a little chirp of a roar, stumbling over Raven's paws as he attempted to swat at the ruff of her neck. Immediately Nadya's form stilled, draped halfway over Tetradore, tail flicking from side to side as her golden gaze held fast on her son and Raven. Though it was the calmest Nadya was with the kittens being near anyone besides her brother or Tobi there was still some tenseness that caused her dark pelt to twitch. It took a moment but Nadya's frozen stature cracked, her tongue curling to lick at her jowls, fidgeting her weight a bit to settle down more into her position atop Tetradore as most felines do once finding a comfortable (for them) position. "He likes to climb." She stated simply as indeed it seemed it was Micah's intent to ruffle through Raven's coat in attempt to mimic his mother playing with his uncle and climb atop the wolf.
