East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian Ellingtonget close enough to have fun
but not enough to get attached

Oh the fervor the fairy King so seemed to induce within the Englishman! His touch, as innocent as it might have appeared to any onlooking eyes, ignited a tingling fire within him as Dorian's fingertips slowly trailed further down his spine. It coaxed within him an undeniable arousal. He yearned for Dorian's touch, for his caress on lower areas of his body. It was enough to cause a soft breath leave his lips. In that moment, it was perhaps only his knowledge of how much the fairy King might find his actions inappropriate that kept Sebastian still within that spot. Were it anyone else, there was little doubt he would have utilized his own affinity to take their body for himself in whatever nearest alleyway or inconspicuous nook. However, despite how much Sebastian so distinctly yearned for his companion, he cared just as much for what light the fairy King viewed him in. For so long Sebastian had avoided getting close enough to any individual to actually coax within him a desire to care and yet, here he was. The vampire was hardly oblivious to Dorian's body pressing into his side, just as he too hardly missed the underlying desire that laced the man's lyrics, drawing Sebastian's gaze upwards.

Those French words fell softly from Sebastian's lips, the Englishmen hardly bothering to hide those wants that so ran rampant through his figure. After all, he was already sure his body had betrayed him, his companion was observant to a fault, and more often than not such left Sebastian entirely aroused with but the promise of satisfaction upon another time. It left the vampire returning for more, thirsty for that which he was denied if only for the simple knowledge that Dorian was entirely worth it. Sebastian watched the man's features slowly pull into a small simper, the vampire's navy gaze still watching for any reaction his lustful words might have received. He was aware of the fashion in which his companion suddenly shifted, the man biting his lip was enough to almost cause the vampire to drop that teacup cradled so gently within his hands. He yearned to run his thumb along Dorian's lips, he longed to hear those soft moans that left his mouth, to hear his own name as he himself so pleased the man he so strikingly lusted for.

Sebastian allowed Dorian to pluck the cup from his hands and return it to the tea vendor though Sebastian himself was hardly finished with their conversation, his own voice replying in those same, soft accented french lyrics. "Je voudrais bien essayer ces idées de la vôtre." (I would very much like to try these ideas of yours.) His navy eyes slide slowly towards his companion, unable to deny that look of want mirrored within his gaze. The night market had quickly lost the vampire's attention, particularly within the wake of the man he so found himself adoring (even though his lips had yet to grace Dorian's hand). The other shops that lined the street were virtually ignored, Sebastian fully placing his attention upon the man that lingered at his side, enjoying every moment of stolen glimpses between the pair as they neared the end of the street. In truth, Sebastian had thought decidedly little of the late hour and the dwindling crowds or his own urges for blood - a hunger which had not yet been satisfied. No, the entirety of his attention was settled upon the man at his side, the vampire pausing the moment Dorian himself became distracted with the small lights that decorated the fringes of the market place.

"Hm?" The vampire inquired, his head tilting ever so slightly to the side as he watched the fairy King reach out so delicately to those flickering lights. It had not occurred to him how much little of the world's advances Dorian had failed to see, the world now surely holding much more wonderment then his own jaded eyes found. A small simper of amusement traced it's way onto the vampire's features at Dorian's own reaction once his fingertips touched the bulbs of the lights. He enjoyed thoroughly the way the man's features seemed to so light up the moment such a significantly small thing brought him such awe. This offer for another of their such unions was hardly ill received by the Englishman, his head bobbed as he offered in quiet confirmation, "I would like that too. I would take you now if it were not for..." He gestured loosely towards the market that surrounded them, freely uttering his lingering desires for the man. After all, in this regard the two seemed to never shy away and yet, there was something pleasing about hearing he was wanted again, especially from Dorian's lips.

It was the mention of the hour that pulled at Sebastian's attention, turning that small simper into the slightest of frowns as his darkly hued gaze glanced upwards at the sky. His own body was all too aware of the moon as she made her way through the sky, taking his life minute by minute from him. He knew, innately, how much time he had left before he was required to seek shelter. Briefly his gaze dropped back down towards the fairy King, his eyebrows furrowing ever so slightly as he considered a far different notion. At least, that was until he felt the touch of Dorian himself. His eyes dropped briefly towards the man's hand, hardly stopping the fairy as he interlaced his own fingers with his companion's. In that brief moment, that lingering sensuality within him softened into an emotion entirely different, one he hardly wished to question or dwell long on now. No, he hardly wanted to ruin this with such budding emotions. Instead, the vampire slowly stepped closer towards his companion, his own accented tone quiet and yet, altogether teasing as he offered to his companion. "There is still some time. Come, there is something I want to show you and then, afterwards, I will allow your grace to be relinquished of my presence if you so wish it."

In this, Sebastian refused to be denied, the vampire stepping away from his companion and within the direction he so wished to take him. Up until this moment, the vampire had entirely given into the whims of the fairy at his side. He had followed him through the city without question to whatever sight or experience interested him. Beyond the walls of his own bedroom, this was perhaps the first time that Sebastian found himself making the effort to gift something upon his lover - something he hoped would not be forgotten. Something to bring back that smile of childish delight and awe. He led Dorian exactly two blocks away from the closing night market, pausing in front of an unassuming iron wrought gate lined by a pristine red brick wall. Very little of the other side could be seen from here beyond the sentry trees that lined the outside of the exhibit. Still, Sebastian glanced through the black gate, his head tilting to the side ever so slightly to ensure everything was as it should be before one hesitant glance was too given to Dorian himself, reassuring himself that this was perhaps a good idea. "Be careful of the gate." He uttered softly pushing it open for the two as he led his companion within.

Although rather unvisited at such an hour, Sebastian found the glass gardens perhaps most exquisite under the open stars. At night, the glass was nearly entirely alite from within and underneath, the careful positioning nearly made the multicolored glass look alive within it's own right. The glass twisted and turned and within the colors too faded from one and into another. The fairy lights were but ordinary in comparison to the way mere glass seemed to dance. "I thought you might enjoy this." The vampire whispered, his navy eyes turned towards Dorian, carefully watching for whatever reaction he might be presented with.
