East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Dancing was the only time Nadya felt truly free; the world around her melted away to the very beat of the music within her veins and the movement of her body whether it be natural form or set steps. Music had always been Nadya's calling. It was that second world that she was lost to when Sebastian entered the building ignoring the Closed sign that illuminated the front of the door. Nadya would have noticed the vampire sooner had it not been for the turmoil that was currently taking over through the expression of her dance. When her body moved from the pain of the first song to the well-known steps of the tango that settled her did she become even remotely aware of her surroundings again. It was then that the predator sensed the prickling that came with being watched and ceased her movements to seek out the source. Of course surprise colored her features as the man's name fell from her lips. It was like seeing a ghost of her past.

Nadya noted with some amusement the quirk of his brow at her blunt question for his reasoning for popping up. Of course, as he had been before, with skilled tongue did he manuver around the question. "Just surprised is all. I thought you had left town." Nadya rolled her shoulder in a slight shrug. She had never thought to see him again and didn't linger or seek him out the same he hadn't. It had been a whirlwind of training and lust between them that Nadya had taken pleasure in without dwelling on it afterwards. She had been free of worry or responsibility back then. A smirk pulled the corners of her lips up when Sebastian held out his hand in offer for a dance. How could she deny dancing...let alone him? Nadya easily slipped back into her heels and hit the button to start a new disc before taking Sebastian's offered hand.

The familiar tune of the Santa Maria started up as Nadya stepped up closed to Sebastian until her breasts were but a hair's width from his chest. "Sure you haven't gotten rusty?" Nadya teased, brushing her free hand up his chest and over his shoulder to curl about over his back in a decidedly seductive fashion. Oh how old habits were so easy to step back into with him. There was a light of mischievous joy in her eyes as the pair moved with seductive ease around the stage to the music.

After one particular flourish of twirl where Nadya landed back in Sebastian's arms with her back pressed against his front did she speak once more, "I guess you still can move." She smirked as she slowly dipped down, her back brushing down his front teasingly before standing up and rounding to face him again as the steps guided them once more. "Are you satisfied with what you see then?" If he had indeed meant to check in on her it was only pertinent for her to what he thought.
