East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian Ellingtonfor pleasure seldom has a cure

That rush of that warm red substance into his mouth was all but exhilarating, quenching a thirst that had been gnawing at his stomach for far greater than he cared to admit. He had hardly been as diligent as he should have, of late, in ensuring his hunger didn't overwhelm him. Rather, the vampire had spent every waking moment entirely in the company of his significant other, concerned far greater for the fae King's skin to marr it with his bites as much as he possibly should have. It was that simple need that made him simply ignore the sound of that door closing further down the alley, the man vastly more focused on the girl's hand upon his arm as she sank into his body and yet, that simple presence alone was enough to coax those fangs from her neck, his tongue running gently over that silken skin around her throat before the sound of a voice caused him to pause. Sebastian pulled away from the woman in his arm's just enough to eye the Dark Hunter that glared at him with such disdain. His eyebrows furrowed as he simply stared at her in silence, trying to place her familiar features amongst the veritable sea of others that passed through his life on a nightly basis. Fortunately, it wasn't that long till that night with that were and that terrible speed dating experience came rushing back to him. "Oh. Gia, wasn't it?" He inquired after a moment, his now brightly hued eyes drifting from her rosy cheeks to the blood that dripped with a slow pitter patter down her hand. Well that was unexpected.

His bright blue eyes turned slowly back towards the girl as he leaned forward, running his tongue once again along that wound he'd made. That brush was altogether fleeting, however, the man knowing well that was this particular hunter, to disregard her would certainly have drastic consequences. "Sweetheart." He uttered softly to the girl in his arms as he pulled away from her again enough to look at her straight in those dazed pupils. "Make sure you get something to eat, and try not to drink too much tonight, okay? You'll have a lower tolerance than usual." That practiced speech so left his lips with ease, those words the same he uttered to each of his victims to at least attempt to ensure their welfare after him. He offered her a warm smile as she nodded ever so slightly and, once he was sure she'd found her feet again, the vampire stepped away to let her stumble back towards the dance club he'd but moment's ago stolen her from. It was only once his source of food was gone that the full weight of the man's attention turned towards the hunter in front of him, his head slowly tilting inquisitively to the side. Sebastian hadn't anticipated seeing her again, though he remembered well her abrasive demeanor. She had always regarded him with such hate, though he supposed that in itself wasn't particularly odd. There were many who hated him for what he was rather than who he was. Not that they ever bothered to get to know him much in the first place. Frankly, Sebastian anticipated the same from her.

"You don't look much better than the last time I saw you." He commented, his words blunt enough as he regarded the woman, those bright blue eyes sliding up and down her frame before landing quite purposefully upon that bleeding hand. Though he'd only just ate, that scent still called to him, even if he often attempted to ignore that siren song. "Would you like me to make that stop bleeding for you?" Sebastian inquired, briefly nodding towards her palm, all the while knowing his offer would likely either be flat out rejected or too thrown back in his face. Still, there was a certain level of natural chivalrousness within the man's demeanor that saw him offer all the same. He paused a moment longer, his gaze fluttering away from her and towards the spot he'd pressed that young woman against the wall but moment's ago. He knew it was utterly useless to so explain this to her, the woman who thought so little of him and yet, even with this knowledge, Sebastian found himself muttering softly, "I wasn't going to kill her, you know."
