East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

The young Asian girl slid into that seat beside her chosen meal for the evening, the girl near forcing herself to think of the man as little more than that lest her nerves got the best of her. She was thankful that Damon had accompanied her thus far. She certainly couldn't let him down by simply failing to go the rest of the way. Softly Chizue inhaled, attempting to steady her thoughts before she leaned closer towards him with a small simper upon her features, even if she hardly felt as joyous and interested as she so attempted to be. It was hardly difficult to draw that aura into her, that man's mood so effortlessly overwhelming her own far more demure one. It took careful consideration for the girl to ensure that she didn't take too much of his life force, particularly when her own nature was so dominated by that sheer confidence the man had so exuded. It didn't take all that long before she found herself satisfied, the girl felt alive in a way she could hardly complain. Her gaze fluttered open with a renewed look to her feminine features. That inquisitive glimpse he provided her was near instantly responded to with a an insistence that he smelled utterly delicious.

Her lips twisted into a near beaming simper as Damon made an effort to so excuse her behavior as entirely normal and yet, she'd already disregarded the mortal man entirely. Rather, she leaned forward, her lips brushing against his cheek in a show of her gratitude before hinting, ever so sweetly, that there were surely greater things to do with their evening then to spend it here with mere mortals. He was far too willing to excuse them and, in turn the young female took that offered arm, hopping quite lightly to her feet as she waved at the fellow. "It was nice to meet you!" She informed him all too brightly, the girl was inclined to drag the man at her side from that very lounge far before she saw any reason to reply to his inquiry. That simple question of where she wanted to go required some thought. After all - the whole city was open to her with him at her side! Not....that it terribly would have been closed without him either, really, she supposed. "Hmmm...." She muttered thoughtfully, a long, slender finger resting upon her lips as she led him down the street with no particular destination in mind.

Her gaze trailed down the side of the streets, eying those bright flashing signs. The bar was the first thing to strike her interest. After all, there was always fun to be had when alcohol was involved. Still...there were better things that could be done. Maybe a club? Chizue enjoyed dancing and, hell, she was pretty sure her physique was damn near irresistible when she felt the desire to shake it. However, Damon was her best friend's soon to be fiance, wasn't he? Her gaze turned towards him in consideration of what she was allowed to do with him. Her feast tonight, it seemed, still had some morals. "Oh! I know!" She announced quite abruptly, a grin widening on her features. "We should do Karaoke! I'm pretty good, you know. I'd totally kick your ass in Guitar Hero." She was quite smug, and even more so quite sure of herself on that point before, with consideration, the girl added, "We could totally go hold Red on the Water hostage until Isolt comes with us and I can call Malek! It'd be like a vampire play date! Oh! And they have like the best booze ever Damon! I mean, really, what else is more fun than getting smashed with friends, right?" Apparently, her meal also left her quite talkative....still, she was assured this was the best damn idea she's ever had, if she did say so herself.
