East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona

There was no shortage of what-ifs when it came to the young woman nestled in his arms. What if she had stayed in that city? What if they had pursued something more than just those amorous words? What if the couple had given into that palpable chemistry? Would they be more than mere strangers upon the street, destined to orbit one another? Would they have become something more if Dorian had not stepped into his life? All those quandaries, all those fanciful suppositions, all if it was now meaningless, even if they sometimes wandered across the forefront of the vampire's thoughts. She had not been the only creature in his life before the fae Monarch who had caught his fancy, only to disappear from his life by some inexplicable means. He had hardly thought upon it much, at the time, and yet, now he was inclined to wonder if this too was but fate's way of so subtly telling him - 'not yet'. Perhaps that otherworldly future had saved him from the heartache of another drowned relationship he might have found within her bed. Another lost lover, another dead wife. No - none of that mattered now, that golden sheen of those rings upon his fingers served as a steadfast reminder of what he now had and, in turn, served to refocus his own thoughts upon the present moment lest they tarry in places not wanted.

That ever lingering want that existed there was apparent and Sebastian no longer saw a need to deny either himself nor her, not tucked within the intimate darkness of that lounge-like seating with that alcohol running thick through her veins. Those self-imposed barriers would surely falter tonight and as he removed that drink from her fingers, her willingness became all the more clear. He movements were slow, but purposeful as he leaned forward, those navy irises never once tarrying from her petite figure and fair features. His lips pressed against her own, the warmth of her mouth against the coldness of his own was surely jarring and yet, he adored that temperature that radiated off of her form as he drew her closer against him. How he longed for that feeling of life that flowed so freely within her! Those desires surely more vampiric in nature and yet the sound he coaxed in the back of her throat was nothing short of primal as it was. He was aware of the weight of her dainty hand against his chest, that touch seeming to radiate through that thin layer of clothing as his lips parted to permit the woman's tongue access to his mouth. That very kiss deepened as his free hand ran alongst her side, further upwards with a clear desire to feel more of her feminine figure whilst altogether restraining himself entirely.

The touch of her tongue sliding against his fangs near immediately prompted the vampire to pause, if only for how dangerous it surely was to flirt with those sharp, pointed edges. The damage he was capable of doing was far more profound than he often let on and yet, Carolina was nothing short of relentless, only further encouraging his undoing as her free hand moved to settle behind his neck, affording her that further control. It was that very thought of how his own husband so adored these kind of kisses, however, that prompted Sebastian to pull away gently, even in spite of that groan of protest he was presented with. A small simper pulled at the corner of his lips and yet, he was hardly done with her by any sense. After all, his desire laid in far more than just the taste of her lips. Quite on the contrary, there was far more the Englishman desired. That small pout upon her pink lips hardly went unnoticed by the Prince, even as his own lips pressed so tenderly against her silken flesh, tracing a trail from her mouth up her jawline and towards her ear.

Sebastian could hardly deny that satisfaction he took from that sharp intake of breath as his lips tenderly pressed against her flesh. He was hardly prepared, truly, for the sudden sensation of wetness that touched his ear, only for the woman to take that lobe within her mouth in a fashion that was wholly teasing, if not entirely suggestive of those other places she might too be capable of placing her lips. Her name was softly moaned against her porcelain skin, the man waiting for that soft hum within the pack of her throat before that begging request left his lips. That silence that followed in the wake of his request was hardly all that surprising, drawing the vampire's gaze upwards towards her as she released his ear. His dark navy eyes met the bright hue of her own, simply watching the woman as she came to terms with that very request and the promise that had come along with it. He was still aware of her heavy breath against his skin, the warmth of it caused a shudder to run down his spine and yet, Sebastian hardly pressed her. That sudden press of her lips against his own jawline prompted the return of that charming smile. "I will." He uttered softly, leaning forward to press his lips fleetingly against hers before his attention returned to that task at hand.

It was those very affinities that Sebastian called upon, unnecessary as they were. There had always been a natural sort of chemistry between them. Their pheromones simply gyrated around one another in a flawless fashion that he had rarely felt before. Even so, it was that very affinity for lust that the Englishman employed, as if to further stroke those flames of irresistibility. His hand rose to the opposite side of her neck, gingerly holding the woman in that place he wanted her as he leaned forward to press his lips once again against her tender flesh. This time, those gestures of affection were far more purposeful, the vampire more than capable of feeling those veins beneath her skin that near hummed with that blood he sought. It hardly took him all that long to find that very place he desired to bite and slowly his mouth parted, those sharpened top fangs brushed against her skin before plunging, without hesitation, into her flesh. He knew that initial pain would undoubtedly be sharp and yet, it was that very knowledge which only contributed to the man's encouragement of his venom within her bloodstream. Though that cocktail of chemicals was more than capable of stimulating the young woman's body, it too only furthered the encouragement of that blood that had become to trickle from those puncture wounds. His tongue lapped at those very marks, only to suck tenderly upon her flesh as he relished in that blood. It was so warm, the flavor was somehow light and flowery - feminine and wild and enigmatic. Dear God, she was delicious.
