Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - whether it happens to be illegal or merely involves looking the other way. Her assurance that the meat in her hand is now, in fact, called protein- sees his attention return to her, evidently of the opinion the girl has failed to understand what it is he is trying to teach, oblivious to her identification of the food by simply another word, scowling at her once more before again gesturing to the beef she clutches so tightly, his voice holding a cooler edge in this moment, agitated with having to explain the concept to her a second time, utterly oblivious that his pack has spent the better portion of their lives trying to explain things to him over and over. Hypocritical however, is not a word he understands.

"Not...protein....is beef. Beeeeeef"

He draws the word out, the sound very near a purr within his throat as he offers the word once more, slowly, clearly of the opinion the women is an idiot. His lesson however, is a short as his attention spend, mind fixated now upon seeking an exit from the room, her musings ignored entirely as if he simply no longer cares to listen, fixated entirely upon his next target before they are interrupted by the man whom sees fit to leave them lunch, the Wereleopard entirely displeased with the salad he has been presented, diligently searching his bowl for any hint of meat, clearly disapproving of the leaves and grass with which he has been presented, dark eyes cutting back towards Alexis at her refusal to trade for the beef she had found. He dislikes salad, dislikes any form of plant material, his mind fixated almost entirely upon his animalistic desire for meat, his diet consisting near entirely of whatever raw food he can obtain in this fashion, his single human vice existing in the form of sugary treats and yet fruits, vegetables and salads are met entirely with loathing. The dish of caviar placed upon the side is the next object to ensnare his ever active curiosity, eyeing the dark coloured food with wary suspicion, eyes lifting to Alexis' own as the assures him she hardly knows, the dare upon her lips seeing his own features pull into a simper of sorts.

Dare, after all, is a word he knows, a word he has remembered from his childhood with Tetra and the number of 'dares' they had once subjected each other to. A dare, he is sure, cannot be ignored, it is simply law- after all, everybody knows that. For a moment he seems to regard the women, childish delight touching his youthful features as he moves to look from her to the caviar and back again, pausing to sniff briefly at the food before nodding, lashings of ebony hair tangling with his features, the barest hint of cunning seeming to touching the dark chocolate of his eyes as he moves to point to the bottle of wine, the scent of it strong, sour and hardly appealing to his own palate, assured that if he is to eat the salty....mush, then she is not exempt
.
"I will...eat the...strange food...but Pretty must drink...that."

That drinking an entire bottle of wine is hardly going to leave the women in a fit state remains to be seen, the boy holding no understanding of the after effects of alcohol as he moves to seat himself in his chair, dark gaze resting against her as he pulls the caviar towards himself, moving to scoop some of it out and onto his hand before bringing it to his lips, licking at the few part he has missed before seeming to take a moment to taste it, features creasing slightly before the full saltiness of the cavier seems to take effect, eyes widening slightly as it runs down his throat, a look of utter disgust touching his features as his tongue rolls from his mouth, fingers hurriedly brushing at it, as if he may somehow be able to get rid of the taste that lathers it.

"Its...disgusting!"

He snorts once more, coughing slightly as the taste lingers, pushing what remains of the cavier away from him in disdain, eyeing it warily now, that taste surely never to be forgotten as a suddenly angelic smile seems to touch his features, moving to offer the caviar bowl to the fox now.

"Does Pretty...want some?"
